At Imperial heights hotel, you have all the best experience you've ever expected to have in life.

The hotel is by lake victoria with plenty of places to chill and unplug. I found it very serene with gorgeous landscaping. I enjoyed the meals here and the rooms were always clean.

Staff did their best to make us feel okay when abandoned by Rwandair for two days. Nice food and good rooms although Lake Flies horrendous at night.

I really liked the food and the smells of the rooms. I like the beds and the sheets.

I stayed there as a transit passenger.
The bus driver is good who took me there from the airport.
Welcome staff is also very good at the gate and at the reception.

Conveniently located if you visit the UN RSCE base, it offers accomodation and meals in a safe environment at a reasonable price. It is not Ritz, but it make you feel good.

Nice place, good quality of food at decent prices. However, training is still in process for the service given. I had to wait for over an hour for the cold hamburger I purchased.

I would like to address some of the concerns raised by Charlotte Mathis.

Good, nice and quiet place. We had the 4 room appartement which has everything it needs. We did a walk to the main road (6 km) and took a taxi back. Visited a small church on the way down.

First thing you notice is the breeze. Ample parking space. Very good for all types of occasions. A nice place to meditate. Highly recommended for family.

So welcoming staff, nice meals and good environment.

As I have been able to stay in this place for around 3 times, I would recommend it to you due to the few reasons.
It's having the best rooms, stuff and also food.

Rock classic is strategically located, along Malaba Tororo Road. There's a good sauna, swimming pool and gym. Great place. Service might be a problem especially during early morning hours.

The staff are very friendly and constantly asking if they can be of help. The rooms are large. There is a fridge and air conditioning. The hotel is close to the boarder.

Pulickal Heights Hotel In Entebbe is the best Boutique hotel in Entebbe. It has the best rooftop view, nice view of sunset, Lake Victoria, Entebbe beaches, Entebbe International airport.

I enjoyed their great service, they've got exemplary customer service and their orders arrive pretty fast considering food is prepared on order.
