Eastern Uganda Hotels with a Pool

Wonderful hotel with exceptionally hospitable staff, a beautiful pool area to relax in, and a restaurant on gorgeous Lake Victoria. Was the best way to end our trip!

Firstly, all of the one star reviews for this hotel are clearly from people that don't understand the star system, meaning this hotels overall stars are way higher!

I came here for a quick shower and change of clothes waiting for a flight at 1am — well I screwed up and mixed my days up, so ended up in a panic because of this.

Comfortable, clean, and great location. Staff were very helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, but it offered excellent value for the price. Would stay again. "

Our first stop in Uganda, on me and my wife’s honeymoon. Even though we only stayed one night, we couldn’t have been happier.

A charming oasis just a short distance from Entebbe Airport. I received a very warm welcome, the staff were delightful — always happy, helpful and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious too.

We were in Entebbe for our daughter's wedding. 13 of us stayed at the Palm Hotel for two weeks. It is in a good quiet leafy area, no traffic noise and the hotel itself in beautiful grounds.

Its a nice place but I feel more needs to be done i. E coffee cups in the rokm with no kettle or coffee making ingredients is off.
The shower cubicle is too small and squeezed out.

I recently stayed at Via Via Entebbe, and it was a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay here.

Location is closer to the airport and therefore more convenient. The rooms were okay with good service and you get value for your money. The receptionists were willing to help.

The hotel is good with good food and good people. Jovia was exceptionally fantastic at the front desk. She is calm and ready to serve.

Our stay at Best Western Premier Garden Hotel Entebbe was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and attentive service set the tone.

It was an awesome place, reminds me of Italy. Homely yet exotic. It's quiet and relaxed.

A lovely quiet compound of little cottages/villas, surrounding a pretty garden and small (but not shallow) swimming pool.

The location is easily accessible with loads of space and amenities like the swimming pool, the rooms big and comfortable. Unfortunately, service is a little slow and could use a lot of improvement.

Highly recommend, get in forget yourself cost friendly, family excellent places of dine and rest. Of all great and friendly staff.

Sweet and professional staff at this cute quaint bed and breakfast. Clean rooms. Paid for dinner, which was delicious. The pool area and terrance were nice as well.

The hotel is well located, close by to the airport.

Looking for a peace of mind, After a weeks' hustle, look no further but Garuga resort beached hotel. A quiet home away from home. Located on the shores of the famous lake Victoria.

Went for a day trip. Lovely access to the beach. Great location. Not a great selection of food. Better suited to bringing your own barbecue and grilling something maybe. Lovely grounds by the lake.

I was there 2.10. — 6.10. And 12.10. — 14.10.2025 I liked the sauna and swimming pool and the breakfast. Room was a bit dark, but stayed there only to sleep, woud have been nice to have pointing lamp.

It’s a really nice place with a very nice bar with a podium where artists can perform for the audiences and the customer care is 100% luxurious.

I ate in the hotel restaurant with some friends, and it was a very enjoyable experience. They had a buffet available, with a lot of traditional Ugandan foods, and my friends enjoyed the food.

This place is beautiful. The environment is so clean and silent. You need to visit it.

Quite easy to navigate to the place, a huge parking space, beautiful gardens, big portions of food, inexpensive services.

Peniel Beach Hotel is by far my favorite hotel in Entebbe. I have been holidaying at the hote at least twice a year since 2017.

Grik Hotel is beautiful, well funished even with a view of the Lake on the Top Flow. Personal is quick, need anything just call the Reception.

The rooms are sooo spacious. The atmosphere is quiet, lots of greenery for game time. Clean pool.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, My Turkish airline was cancelled on 12th December 2025, I was coming back to UK, We spent the whole day in this hotel.

It was a good hotel, but the food was poor. The scrambled egg can not be distinguished from porridge. Except for white rice, fish, and chapati, no other food is worth the while.
