We (backpacker couple) payed 25k per night after negotiating for the basic room in the groundfloor. The room was clean, comfortable and had cold water only. Hot water in the more expensive rooms upstairs. Mosquito net, toilet paper, soap included. But no Wi-Fi and no fan and no towel. Friendly staff. Restaurant in the building. The mosque nearby was loud when there were prayers. Would recommend for the easygoing travelers.
