Ohh my God, we are just having a blast here, loving a beautiful scenery, food, music, the customer care from the staff is second to none, manager Carol, she has the best hospitality. Thank you guys for making my birthday so special and memorable ❤️❤️

Place is very good, but the service is very pathetic. Food is a biggest challenge. If you are booked full board, then I guarantee you all will sleep either empty stomach or they will serve beans and rice only. Most of the times the food is finished and half of their guests will have no food. We stayed there three nights during Easter and all the times we faced this challenge. Their staff are thick skins and they will not response to you on any of your issues. I will not recommend this place to anyone one at all.

Very unprofessional and arrogant lot. I fully paid for a room a week to my stay but upon arrival at the hotel, their not-so-polite receptionist tells me that they do not have the room I paid for. You can imagine how confused I was because the prepayment was followed by a booking confirmation from the hotel. I asked for a refund so that I go to another hotel and they said they are going to do something for me>> no apology from them, btw. After a 45mins wait, they eventually get me a room. Fast forward>>I went out for dinner but when I got back to VFH, MY ROOM HAD BEEN OCCUPIED BY SOMEONE ELSE AND MY LUGGAGE DUMPED AT THE RECEPTION, like I am some sort of beggar! To add salt to the wound, their manager Emma was not bothered at all and instead of explaining how something so awful could have happened to a guest, he just had this smirk on his face! I know that all hotels really value good customer experience but Victoria Forest Resort is not one of those hotels.

Beautiful place, had a wonderful time there. Victor the Manager and all the staff are very hospitable. I'm definitely coming back…

Beautiful experience! The single hut is 100K so really good price for this amazing place. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I would also recommend to do a massage. Really professional and relaxing! I love it! Experiencie 10+

It was my first time reaching Here but I was really impressed of the services that is provided by the Victoria Forest resort. Good customer care, well food prepared and big rooms enough for even three persons. I was glad during my visit here I can't wait to return may be in the next year summer. I would rank their cuisine first more than anything else the food was so yummy and secondly customer care.

Place is so Serene. The customer service is way amazing. The stews are done amazingly… All in all it's lovely… Don't forget to turn off the lights if you want a fly free night.

Great service, beautiful beach, serene surrounding and did I mention great service? My girlfriend and I were there for a weekend it was the best experience. If you're going to Kalangala then this is the place to stay.

The place is so good and cool. I loved every bit of it. The African design in the rooms is wow. I enjoyed the roasted fish at the bon fire. This experience will never get out of my mind. Am very grateful. Hope to come back again and again and again and again and again.

Victoria Forest is worthy the effort to visit and experience the Uganda White sand beach backed up by the Victoria forest relaxing ambiance.

An wonderful place in a wonderful location, now operating under a new Kenyan professional manager. Besides, our daughter's work there during the school holidays. I can only recommended.
