Sea Shore Allure in the Cruz Bay area of Saint John in the Virgin Islands is a well-appointed villa with beautiful ocean views. With only 8 units varying in size from 1-3 bedrooms, the grounds and facilities offer both privacy and convenience. The public areas offer an oceanfront swimming pool and patio area that includes an outdoor flat screen TV, full Bose stereo system, gas grills, fully stocked eating area for lunch or dinner preparation, day or evening.
Although oce…an swimming or sunbathing is not recommended in this particular area, a short 10-15 minute taxi or car ride is available to some of the most beautiful beaches imaginable at Caneel Bay, Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, Cinnamon Beach or Saint Francis Bay.
The units are totally stocked with everything you need. There are both pool and beach towels, beach chairs and beach coolers provided if you need them, there is free use of washer and dryers including laundry detergents. The units are modern and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including paper towels, soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap. You need not bring anything but your clothes and a toothbrush. Our unit was stocked with beer, soda and several other sundry items too. We were supplied with a gift basket upon arrival also.
For a 5 minute cab or car ride, there is a complex that includes a bank, modern supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy and terrific deli that makes great sandwiches and take-out dinners that are reasonably priced.
The owners and managers, Delrise and Delbert were extraordinary hosts who provided whatever we needed. They also helped with setting up our Bluetooth software on our indoor and outdoor stereo systems. Delrise also set up a number of our reservations for dinner offsite and our reservation for a Jeep (which was delivered and picked up from our unit). Delrise also set us up with regular cab service that was prompt and convenient through Chico and Lisa’s taxi service (who are also wonderful people too).
