Staff are very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was below standard for the price, the breakfast seating area was cramped and the seats tatty and torn, the bed was not very big for me and my wife there was not alot of room. The room bathroom was cramped and the extractor fan was broken, over all not impressed for the price.

Stayed here when we were on a coach trip back in November 2015. It's so beautiful and cosy inside. Breakfast and meal times were so enjoyable because of the delicious food. Me and my Mum had our own patio in our room! It was very nice to step out and get some fresh air whenever we wanted. Amazing hotel.

Parking was a problem as it was full. Needed to leave car there for 2 weeks and no spaces. Had to keep going outside all evening in the hope someone had gone. Run out if most food by 8.00pm as said they had a coach party in even though we had booked dinner so just bits left. Staff very friendly. Taxi from there was on time and system worked great.

I stayed over for 1 night On Sunday and everything just got worse, this was our 3rd night staying and we’ve never had any complaints before. Firstly we get there check in then we go to order food which took ages, then there’s some women which every time we went to bar she just had attitude and looked as though she couldn’t be bothered to be there, so shes stood behind the bar making a big yawn and noise and everything, my dad goes it been a long day to which she reply only started at 4 (started 10 minutes ago) she stomped her feet when walking and whenever a customer asked her about something she’d tell them to go find out instead of her finding out for her guests! It was all just a joke. Then we ate our food then went swimming then got shower dressed then came back down for tea and our plates and glasses was still outside on the table, no one even bothered to move them and there was glasses on other tables too. (Which was over 3 hours ago) then we was sat waiting for our Tea and it took ages to come their was only 1 women running around bringing meals out who actually worked really hard a long hair little lady who was moving really fast to get things done, so food took ages then we found out it’s cause chief had walked out.

Loved our stay here with National holidays. The food was lovely, the room was clean but most of all the staff were really helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Expectations were suprior. Just minimal.

Good place to stay over. Very helpful staff we always stay here when flying from Leeds Airport.

Didn't stay in hotel. An Afternoon Tea treat with my daughter. Reception staff merely doing her job. No pleasantries. Young man running bar/restaurant was lovely. Polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! Lovely treat worth ALL the money (combined with a pool and gym pass But the leisure facilities are VERY tired. And the changing rooms need cleaning at least once a year! )

A clean and tidy and very busy hotel. Ideal spring board for Leeds Bradford airport. Good food and we'll organised taxi transfers.

It is a nice hotel located near the airport and good services.

Although this hotel is budget priced, it's much better than I expected. Clean, comfy, decent bar snacks. Staff great.

We were on a coach trip for 5 days. The staff were lovely but overworked. There were queues for bar and food. Only one staff carving meat. Food wasn't hot enough. Mainly one staff serving behind bars. Ran out of glasses due to no staff available to collect empties. A bit of a shambles as besides 3 coach loads of customers there were also people booking in due to it being an airport hotel. Bedroom was small but comfortable. Had heating but terrible draught from window.

No sign of any staff till they had to come out there was a young tall lad that helps everyone this lad was great Rayner should give him a job as he put Ryanair staff to same there was an elderly couple sat he went other and took they suitcase tagged them great lad this was at 9.30 on Tuesday 6th march 5 stars for him xx.

Went with Just Go coach holiday. Good value, room was good, everything worked well, service good despite snow affecting travel outside. I was however, diasappointed that beer was only roadhouse keg, which even with 99p deal was overpriced. This in a county with perhaps the best micro breweries in the UK!

Its alright for overnights and coach parties but the place. Is out on a limb, so your restricted to the hotel however, the food is good (buffet) and the bedroom is OK, corridors are well carpeted, firedoors very good and lifts efficient.

Came for the Sunday roast! No yorkies! was cold and no taste to it at all… the bread roll for the warm soup was off like it had been there for days… the pudding and custard and cold… never again! the only good thing was the paints where on happy hr…

Very good hotel. Comfortable bed. Good sized room with TV, kettle, bath and shower, iron, trouser press etc. Light and airy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fine and the food was good. There is a fully stocked bar. I stayed for one night when my flight was cancelled and felt very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Much better than any Travelodge!

The food is absolutely lousy and the restaurant does not have enough room so you might end up eating at the bar. Mediocre cleaning.

My son and daughter in law got married here in December. Took 10 minutes yo check in as booking couldn't be found. Dirty glasses. Waited 40 minutes for a dried ham sandwich. The wedding meal was lovely. However evening buffet was appalling. Breakfast was very disappointing too. Couldn't get a 'full' English. Tea and coffee and service was disgusting.

We stayed here with a coach party on 8th and 9th December. The rooms are adequate and clean. The problems all occurred in the restaurant. The staff were never around, the cold starters were buffet style but weren't replenished often enough so there wasn't enough food Breakfast was chaotic both mornings as there were no clean tables and we had to clear and lay our own tables. We weren't offered tea or coffee on the first morning which is totally unacceptable. The coffee on the second morning was undrinkable, it was very strong and someone described it as drinking treacle. I've never been to a hotel where I've had to lay tables before. There was one waitress that didn't have a clue about serving people and basically told us that she was working as fast as she could but it didn't seem like it. There were 3 coach parties in on the first night but the hotel should have been prepared for this as they were not last minute bookings. We normally enjoy staying at Britannia hotels but wouldn't want to go back to the hotel unless they employed more staff — preferably ones that are happy in their work unlike the ones working the weekend e stayed.

This is the first time I have felt the need to complain. While the hotel at Bramhope was very clean, staff all polite, the room was freezing cold, water was warm, but not hot enough to take a bath, food was luke warm and tasteless, had to sit at tables that still had dirty cutlery and crockery from previous sitting. I had to wait over 5 minutes for baked beans at breakfast as none left from the earlier sitting. A little annoying when full cooked breakfast was on the menu. Tomato juice with no tomatoes? no fruit juice left. The staff were bare minimal and working their socks off but unable to keep up with the demand. Totally disappointed. Don't book 2 bus parties on top of other guests if you are unable to cope with them.

Quiet, lovely staff. Great breakfast, only downside is that you have to pay for the pool every day you are there. £4 per adult and £2 per child. Never known this at a hotel. Can add alot to your bill. Also wasn't mentioned in booking, not happy with that, but otherwise nice.

Could do with some money been put in to update the rooms. Ok for an over night stay if flying the next day from the airport. Arrow is the taxi firm the hotel uses good and reliable service.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Didn't eat there instead took the 5 min walk into Bramhope to the fish and chip shop which was very nice. Had a few drinks in the bar which is nice with comfy chairs. One point is the toilets in the communal area have got to be the nicest smelling toilets I have ever been in. All in all well done Britannia for a great hotel.

Friendly and efficient check in. Our transfer to airport was chased up for us. Staff are excellent. Rooms are quite tired but bed was comfortable. Good value for a one night stay including parking for holidays! Walls may be a little thin if you are a light sleeper (TV noise). Would certainly stop over again before a flight though!

Budget hotel. It's cheap. Not a great deal more going for it. Keeps going with cheap deals for coach parties. Drinks cheap during happy hour. Has small gym and pool. Handy for airport. Food very average.

Stayed one night before flying. The food was very nice, asked for a taxi to be booked for next morning and arrived on time. In all it was a pleasant stay.

I started working at Britannia Leeds Bradford Hotel a few weeks ago as breakfast supervisor. I've found everyone very friendly and helpful. They are just like a little happy family and always smiling.

Stayed here on National holiday trip. Thought it was a good Hotel. The food the first night was lovely. The Breakfast was very tasty. Food second night not as good. But still enjoyed the stay. Room was very clean and quiet.

Dirty horrible place. Food is disgusting either over cooked or instant mash. Carrots were from a tin. Deserts dry and a bit of plastic in my soup. Water jug was milky white so hadnt been washed. Tables were wobbly and chairs were broken. Staff were crude. One member told me not to touch the cake decoration, or as they put it, dont finger the sheep. Kids running down the hallway screaming at 1am. Wouldnt board my dog there.

Visit for a client meeting. Lad at bar who served us was more than helpful. Hotel has a nice relaxed feeling to it. Only niggle was receptionist who took for the bill wasn't very pleasant.

£8.95 a head for a three course meal. You get what you pay for.

Really nice hotel. But the staff need to smile a little more.

The bathrooms were to small not enough to swing a cat in and the cleanliness wasn't very good at all they haven't polished down the units at all.

Basic hotel, clean and serviceable, staff were very helpful, food was fine, buffet style dinner and breakfast.

Not bad, I thought it was really overpriced though. The rooms are spartan and small, the TV was reject form the early 90's. Staff were nice and helpful. Overall would'nt recommend it at the price, plenty of better options out there.

No grapes as advertised, no local cheese, no hot chocolate.
