My daughter, granddaughter, my 89 yr old mum and me, stayed here for a week, it is a very clean place, lovely breakfast every morning, lovely couple who run it, nothing is a problem for them, close to town, well recommend it,

Clean rooms, good location, friendly staff, easy to find.

The Pinewood Guesthouse was small and nice and was very comfortable. It had nice service and the beds were plently and comfortable. It was also located near the town (short walk) and had a great view.

A really enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, well cooked and with quality ingredients. Friendly hosts who have created a relaxing place to stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

I've been to well over 100 UK hotels including bed and breakfasts, so I'd say I have a good eye for good quality or good value for money. Pine wood house was a last minute, on the day booking (leisure). And I'm 100 percent happy with what we got. The building is clean both inside and out. The decor is not overwhelming, but definitely not under the mark. It's presentable, with and essence of home. We stayed on the top floor, which is a bit of a hike, but a little exercise is good. The room includes your necessities like shampoo, shower gel. All that stuff, but my personal favourite is tea and coffee and complimentary biscuit which may I say is a must have after a day of walking up and down the beautiful town. I have nothing bad to say about this place apart from the Wi-Fi didn't seem to reach the top floor, which I will advise a repeater be installed on the way out. (I'm still here 35 minutes after checkout time. My lady is doing her make up. And nobody has kicked off! ) Anyway I can hear the cleaner making her way to our floor. So I will leave on. I fully advise you try this little gem out.

An excellent B&B — lovely room, spotlessly clean and great breakfast. I would highly recommend this great value B&B when visiting Whitby.

We have stayed with Terry and Eric at the Pinewood 5 times in the last 3 years and would recommend it to anyone a warm welcome well appointed and comfortable rooms kept in spotless condition and Erics first rate breakfasts too! we book again before we leave! if you are staying in Whitby come here and make the holiday PERFECT.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pinewood House on a recent trip to England. I found it to be one of the most up to date and cleanest B/B's I've ever been in. The owners were extremely friendly and the breakfast was very very good. I would highly recommend this B/B to anyone visiting the area.
