Fabulous hotel restaurant Staff are so friendly and the food is amazing.

Disappointing for the first time in years. We went for Sunday lunch today & I sent my fish back because it was purple in the middle & not cooked through. Waitress brought it back not once, not twice, but 3 times — insisting that’s how it should look. She said the chef offered to cook it for longer, I refused saying I really didn’t want it now. Why didn’t the chef come out & explain why he thought I was wrong & he was right? I just ate the veg on the table. There was no apology that I was unhappy. No adjustment on the bill. No offer to cook me another fish. No apparent concern that we had a negative customer experience. Instead we were made to feel that we had done something wrong by complaining & we left feeling very disappointed & it spoiled our day. They could have prevented this if our situation had been managed appropriately. We will not be returning. Very sad because we’ve always had good meals here & recommended to friends. No more.

Beautiful place with a warm welcome. Rooms are cosy and clean. Excellent service by friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Ideal place to stay for a wedding at Eaves Hall just a short drive away. Highly recommended.

Just had a wonderful night stay here at the Three Millstones near Clitheroe. Fantastic meal last night, beautiful breakfast this morning, friendly staff and amazing room, comfy bed and football at the end of the bed!

We really enjoyed our Sunday lunch in a very nice relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff and delicious 😋 food served in large portions. Excellent quality ingredients at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

Lovely, good size, comfortable room with a really nice bathroom. Great location. We ate at the restaurant and are so glad we did, lovely selection and delicious food. Staff were really friendly and attentive.

We had the most tastiest meal here and were served by excellent staff. The head waitress was super and certainly knew about food intolerances. I would definitely recommend the 3 Millstones Inn, rating it 5*. Linda.

I had an amazing meal delivered to the door of my parents for my mum’s birthday meal and it was amazing. Tasty home cooked starters and mains, safely delivered with easy cooking instructions. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to visit you again once lockdown is lifted.

My husband and I came here from the USA for a party. The food and service in this establishment is absolutely wonderful and at a very reasonable price. We are staying for two nights so happy we chose this place.

Lovely bank holiday stay at 3 Millstones, we was visiting as a friend was getting married just up the road. At the millstones the room and food was lovely, would love to revisit.

Recommended. Stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Eaves Hall. Very friendly staff and lovely accommodation. Rooms were great size and spotlessly clean.

Quality place to stay, large rooms with high end bathroom, lovely menu with fabulous wine menu, great location — fully recommend.

This place is perfect! stayed here as my son was getting married just up the road, accommodation was superb, breakfast was lovely, and the setting is breathtaking! Highly recommend this Inn and breakfast was made even better by the lovely chef/proprietor who made us feel very welcome! Excellent… it was an absolute pleasure staying here!

Great food, Great service and Great place.

Spot on. Rolled up without a booking, 3 adults and 2 children. Lovely food, fair price, exceptional service.

Consistently excellent food, beer, wine and staff. One of my all time favourites!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay and the breakfast was superb but the staff went truly above and beyond when I realised that hubby hadn't packed my make-up in the car! Although no-one working there had any with them one of the ladies phoned her daughter and asked her to bring hers for me! Thank you so so much it really was appreciated and meant we could enjoy our night and I didn't have to go out "naked! " Best service ever! Xx.

Great food, good honest service and a cozy convivial atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic place a warm and friendly welcome from Morgan, who showed us to our room. Then served us several drinks in the lovely and toasty lounge area, by the open fire. Then in the evening time had a few drinks before I went out into Clithroe to attend a From The Jam concert. I could not get a signal on my mobile to order my taxi. So the 2 very helpful and friendly waitress who were on in the evening called one for me. I didn’t catch there names, but as I say they were so helpful! Had a very peaceful nights sleep in the beautifully decorated rooms which were absolutely spotlessly clean. Next morning had a very nice but minimalistic breakfast due to the fact we were vegetarians. So we just opted for the poached egg. Would be nice upon a return visit for more options to be available, such as vegetarian sausage etc as this would certainly enhance the breakfast experience for a vegetarian. However we will definitely be back for a return visit next year for sure as all in all a great place to have a nice relaxing break.

Very enjoyable Sunday lunch. Good food, well cooked. Not enough vegetables brought to table, but we were offered more, which we gladly accepted. Other than that it would have been 5 stars. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Lovely meal and excellent value for money from the fixes price lunch menu. Welcoming and friendly staff, with good choice of courses.
