Stayed at filey Grange 1 night only due to work commitments, our stay was relaxing and perfect, bed's very very comfy, our hosts left juice milk etc in fridge and a wonderfully accommodating tea tray, we were welcomed by a lovely polite young man 👨will definitely be returning 😀5stars from us xx.

Beautiful rooms and very well laid out with well stocked fridge and nice little touches.

Our room was absolutely spotless
Although it is room only basis you are supplied with cereal/ juice/yogurt and tea/coffee facilities with fresh milk all replenished daily along with other goodies for you to help yourself
Such a wonderful idea which works perfect for us
COVID 19 measures are in place and we felt very safe and secure
A wonderful guest hotel in a great location
Will definitely be returning again and would definitely recommend this little gem

Lovely clean room bathroom had lots of Victorian character but with a modern twist. Shower was nice and warm. Refreshment were well stocked and room had everything you could want (even homemade cake) would definitely recommend and will be rebooking next time we visit filey.

Always a friendly welcome, immaculately clean, Jenny and Mike are fantastic hosts. Ideal location can't praise it enough, love every visit.

Absolutely superb… the room had loads of lovely touches, mints, chocolate, an array of teas and coffee, bottled water and a jug of milk, the bathroom was spotless… And breakfast was divine, the tables were set lovely and all the food was perfect… would recommend 10 times over.

We've stayed here several times. Wonderful breakfasts. Immaculate accommodation. And it's only a few minutes walk away from the town's restaurants and pubs. One of our all time favourite B&Bs.

Fantastic guest house. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with high count cotton bedding so silky soft. Jenny and Michael are perfect hosts and have great breakfasts accompanied with home made bread and jams. They’ve given us a warm welcome, tips on where to eat and let us use the dining room on an evening to play board games. Just spent a thoroughly enjoyable second weekend there and booked our third before leaving. Can’t praise it more.

Absolutely fantastic guest house nothing too much trouble first time and it won't be the last beautifully furnished and so many little extras absolutely loved it.

You have so many stairs but I particularly liked the teddy bears I constantly see them on a certain snapchat story but lovely place despite the stairs.

What a fabulous Bed&Breakfast. From the minute we arrived we were looked after and received such personal service. Immaculately clean with super bedrooms which had everything you needed and much more. Even the smallest things included you don't get in bigger more expensive hotels! And to top it off the Breakfast is outstanding. Thankyou both so much for being so accommodating and making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back soon. X.

Having stayed here many times, I can say I'm not disappointed, the rooms are pristine white and have everything you need. The owners Micheal and Jenny always seem happy to help and never complain no matter how small the request. I always feel at home here and would recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely be going back.
