I’ve recently sent 4 messages and not had a reply, annoying when you don’t get a answer.
We booked this for 6 august this year with COVID 19 tried get are money back then realised we couldn’t and made arrangement with owner to let me come at later date has I had payed a deposit and was told I’d be contacted wen I chased this up Ian crossly had left and new owners taken over and I had to contact them few times try chase old owner get him give the new owners my deposit the new owner said once twice they would contact me and never did I contacted my bank because Ian crossly never emailed me to say he give me another date cos of COVID situation I couldn’t get refund and was ignored my son who’s austistic loves Filey even if we’d got a refund we would of booked for next year but was promised and promise was never fulfilled I’m absolutely disgusted the new owner should of sorted this and old owner should of informed me he was leaving so my family was aware ripped me off please make sure u get things in writing or email wen do business with all seasons wen it comes to crunch there only bothered about money if they can get away with screwing u over they will like they did to my family looks such a lovely place and we was dead excited to visit make friends business was not served properly they couldn’t do right thing if they had they would of got regular family wanting to visit instead of it being like this really disappointing and £110 pounds stolen from us and they all new wasn’t bothered ignored made promises call never did.
