We stayed for our anniversary. The staff were unbelievably lovely, a card, balloons, wine and more… when we arrived we were welcomed and expected…
Dinner then followed and again they had noted our stand made a fuss of us!

Location, location, location. Location is amazing, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite small (typical for center of London). We first got a room with awful frying smell from the kitchen, but we got another room without a hassle. Rooms are clean, bads are comfortable, breakfast is also quite goodIt is excellent choice if you plan to enjoy touring London and use the room as sleeping place.
