Nice hotel and great staff.

I have been to 46 countries and this is the smallest room I have ever rented. Come on Radisson step up to the plate. You are a world wide company with huge profits. Surely you can do better than this. 354 pounds a night and our room is approximately 10x11. I personally would never recommend this hotel when staying in London. I have never given a bad review but I am so disappointed. We don’t even have room for our luggage.

Amazing breakfast choices.

Very nice staff at reception but very small rooms in spite of getting an upgrade. Breakfast starts late at 7am and the chatbot says 6.30… not good!

Tiny cramped rooms. Breakfasts ok. Not as good as a Premier Inn.

Very friendly staff and well located just of Oxford Street. However the rooms are very small and prices are very expensive. Price quality is not great.

Overall very disappointed arrived 7pm unable to check in! Rooms are too small. This hotel is just about wedging as many people into a building as possible. Staff average not really concern about customer welfare. Breakfast very poor in too small an area. I will not stay again.

Location, location, location. Location is amazing, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite small (typical for center of London). We first got a room with awful frying smell from the kitchen, but we got another room without a hassle. Rooms are clean, bads are comfortable, breakfast is also quite good It is excellent choice if you plan to enjoy touring London and use the room as sleeping place.

As a business traveller and having stayed at multiple Radisson over they years, this one is by far the worst and I'm pressed to find anything good to say about it other than the staff are nice and it's a central location just off Oxford St/Marble Arch. The corridors are narrow like a submarine, the room is the size of a prison cell, no black out curtains, constant banging of bin lids, no extra pillows available so had a crap sleep, breakfast only available from 7am which is no good for a business traveller and the bathroom is made for dwarfs. I literally cannot turn in the shower cubicle and I'm of normal size and posture. Radisson is definitely sticking up the proverbial middle finger to clients with this one. They did give me a different room after I complained next morning that at least was quiet. The whole place needs its internal walls knocking out and the rooms made larger, this is a joke.

Frankly I would have given a little less than a 3. But then I have not visited any hotels in London to compare them to. The room size (even though they said I was upgraded and was slightly spacious) was the smallest of all the hotel rooms that I have stayed at over last 20 years. The amenities were basic. The A/c was good and the breakfast was decent.

Perfect location. Clean rooms, great breakfast and lovely staff.

Wasn't a great experience. The room comfort, deco, set-up etc just didn't justify the price. Felt quite old. Was in a room that had two small beds which can't be put together. And I wasn't the only one. That means one pays for a double but gets two singles. The kitchen ventilation goes out into the yard which gave off a smell of food in the room. Location is great though.

It was lovely staying at this hotel! Very courteous staff! Very near to Oxford street and marble arch underground station!

Good hotel. Excellent location Super Central. Good breakfast The first room assigned to it was particularly small. Mohammed however managed to change room with a much better, very kind!

Great value for money Modern, impeccable, located in a super quiet place surrounded by mansions and in front of an office building which makes it after the afternoon even quieter. Super recommended. It is worth adding the friendliness of the people who are working in the place who had also the difference to improve my room by a much bigger and more comfortable one. I thank you all for the wonderful days that made me pass.

Location is amazing. Service is outstanding. Facilities are clean and comfy (though rooms are on the narrow side and same is hallways). The stuff was incredibly helpful and attentive and everything was perfect.

Great location with friendly staff, but be aware if you book a single room it will be very small. My room was tiny. In fairness I knew I had booked a single room, but this was driven by availability and cost at the time of booking. The room had everything I needed — but it was much smaller than I had imagined. Location excellent for the West End and a Grosvenor Hotel event I was attending locally. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Room was not clean, upgrade to bigger room. Without chair or table. No space to go into the bathroom, which is same size as the room itself. Weird… And very noisy. Cleaning lady knocked at 8 and again at 10 and again at 11 even though DND was out. Although you hear everything… Laughing, water flowing and vacuuming as well as people on the hallway. Crazy experience even for a frequent traveler. I moved to another hotel after first night.

London is famous for small space hotels, but it's situated at a great location, nice morning buffet and rooms. Mid range.

Quiet hotel just off Oxford Street, peaceful at night time. Not the cheapest in London, but great location near marble arch. Rooms are on the small side but clean, comfortable and functional for a brief stay in London.

Clean room, friendly staff and very good restaurant. The negative side is the size of the rooms and narrow corridors.

Tiny room could barely walk round the bed, more of a cupboard than a room, no cups for hot drinks, no biscuits, horrible coffee, nothing in the fridge? What's the point of it being in there? Tiny bathroom, no bath… a lot of money for a pokey room. Breakfast is excellent and being situated near Oxford street a plus. Staff friendly and meal that I ordered through room service was lovely too but very pricey.

Friendly staff and the breakfast was very good, but the rooms were appallingly small. I am 1.95m tall, and my head touched the ceiling in the room — in fact I walked into the fire alarm which was attached to the ceiling and nearly knocked myself out because the ceilings are so low. The corridor too is really small and narrow — I am surprised they managed to get a fire safety license. The beds are minuscule and because they are shoved against the wall and the room is so narrow there is no room for a side table. Although conveniently positioned just behind Selfridges, the feeling of claustrophobia, the pitifully slow lift, the low ceilings and the generally uncomfortable feeling of having to contort my body in the room and bathroom, I will not be staying here again.

Room was small but cosy and well equipped — would have appreciated a biscuit with my tea and a wardobe with some taller hanging space for my dress but it was fine. Staff were all lovely and the included breakfast was great! Happy with my stay for 1 night, would stay over again.

As it is central London, I can see that space would be an issue, but there really is very little to this hotel. There is a stake and lobster restaurant attached, the TINIEST 'gym' I have ever seen in my life (not sure you can class it as a gym with the lack of equipment and space in there) and the view from most windows are of other people's walls or balconies. The hotel itself is clean and nicely decorated and the staff are friendly, so I can see they are doing their best with what they have. However, I would not choose to stay here again.

Nice small room. Hotel was quiet, in a good location and had a nice bar restaurant attached. I'd stay here again.

I loved my "Boutique" room for one (clean, modern, and great bedding! ), and that the hotel had a small intimate atmosphere! The restaurant/bar served excellent food. The personal service and attentiveness given by the front desk staff — Reno, Beatriz, Zubin, Jassak, Pedro, and Restaurant staff — Anna, Angelo — defined hotel hospitality and friendliness. They made us feel cared for, like we were a part of their family, and they took interest and time to get to know us and our names. These are the qualities that make a hotel stay memorable and sets a hotel apart from all the others! P.

When you have to wait 45 minutes to then be told that your room has been given to another guest so a 25 min taxi drive to their sister hotel, a 30 min wait to finally get into your room… yep never ever going back! oh and the room was tiny.

The ceilings are uncharacteristically low but that allows 4 floors in an otherwise low rise building. The breakfast offering is stellar and highly recommended. Take time or make time to enjoy it because of you have to leave early you'll be missing out. Hot water is impressive and plentiful. Quite a good little hotel just around the corner from Oxford Street.

Very small Standard rooms (as in most hotels in London) but clean and comfortable. Great location near Metro and Oxford Street. Breakfast At the front desk all nice and helpful.

The hotel is well located in the city centre, with great links to transport hubs. It's well presented on the exterior and staff were nice, if not a bit overbearing due to the standard Radisson scripts. The room I was in was small, a little dated and not overly well laid out. Bed was pretty comfy. Felt there was lots of noise coming from the corridor with doors slamming etc. Likely wouldn't stay again unless I had to be central.

Had a really annoying problem with the air conditioner in room 403. A tiny, tiny room but ok for me since I'm kind of small.
Nice breakfast, worth the price I think.
Really helpful staff at every time, even in the middle of the night when my air conditioner woke me up with a small tornado feeling right in my face. I can't agree with any negative comments about the staff, they did all they could to help me. But if you get room 403, ask for another one,

Central location, clean, comfortable beds but terribly small rooms in an old building. In my opinion the air-conditioning only does an insufficient job.

Nice hotel, but as the hotel was very busy, I was placed in a room which was barely able to fit a single bed and a small table. I'm sure other rooms are larger.

The place is so great good for shopping and sightseeing. The isle is a little bit narrow. But the room is so good.

My room is very small, the bathroom is super small, when I turned I would bang into something, when I brush my hair I wil bang into something. Imagine I'm a 5.2" 120 lbs Asian still feel that it's small. It's very noise in the hotel, you can hear people walks on the hallway clear and loudly or people upstairs when they walk. You can hear the trucks that pick up trash early in the morning. The room itself are clean, it has espresso maker. This hotel offer free breakfast which is good. Full English breakfast and have smoke salmon.

This hotels' key advantage is location — right next to Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Walking distance to most of central London. If you prefer to get around by the tube, the nearest underground station is Marble Arch — a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask them anything. The rooms are clean and nice, but be aware — pretty small. Not too small (suited our needs), but if you like a lot of space this might not be the hotel for you. What I liked the least about the hotel was their elevator — it's slow and confusing. Would suit them to get it fixed, because everything else is nice.

Steak and Lobster Restaurant Nice modern decor, relaxed atmosphere, very attentive service. 5* for ribeye (med rare) — very juicy and well seasoned. 2* for lobster — rather small (compared with burger and lobster) with a strong smell of ammonia from the claws, strong suspicion these may have been frozen. Would go again, even if its just for the ribeye.
