The place is very new, clean and smart. No real reception but a fast service from the staff at the front door. The room was big, well furnished and full of light. The only defect is that there is no possibility to open any window. Not too much choice for breakfast, but some good quality overall.
Very close to Paddington and this very well connected.
I recently stayed for a couple of days in an accessible room. Initially, I encountered an issue as the shower lacked a fixed seat, preventing me from taking a shower in the morning. However, the team promptly resolved the problem by moving me to another accessible room.
Despite my frustration, the staff remained incredibly friendly and eager to assist. Their support turned my stay into a great experience.
The room is spacious, clean solid wood floors (no dust/dirt collecting carpet! ). Centrally located without feeling the hustle and bustle of a large city. This primarily due to great planning of the immediate area surrounding the hotel, with pedestrian friendly walkways, and waterways. Great access to amenities and transportation.
