Shabby, unclean, facilities, lacklustre masseur — had a constant running nose snivelling, worse massage I’ve ever had, food — sour clotted cream, cakes consisted of a muffin cut into 2/3rds and biscuits 2/4 soggy stale sandwich, egg and salad cream. Massive disappointment, won’t be returning.
Had a lovely spa day today with friends. All of the staff were amazing. So friendly and could not do enough for you. We will be back.
