Great location, friendly staff and a beautiful building!

Great night at Morgan’s hotel with wedding party nice buffet friendly staff great music.

Didn't stay the night but had the most amazing Valentines meal and the service was excellent too, particularly the young lad who served us at the bar and before the meal.

Our family came for Christmas dinner today, food was outstanding. Service was brilliant, would definitely recommend.

The service we received for my daughter’s 21st party was outstanding, such lovely staff nothing to much trouble. What a lovely team there, well done all.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of Swansea, main hotel is beautiful and the townhouses just as nice would highly recommend.

We had a very warm welcome from Ben & the staff on our arrival. What a lovely building & the bar was impressive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.
We had a double room in the main building. It was very clean & comfortable with a huge bathroom. Would definitely come back to stay.

Beautiful day Saturday for my daughter Amy and son in law callum's wedding, staff worked so hard making sure every thing was done beautifully for their day xx.

No room service past 11pm apparently systems were down.

Fabulous venue for special overnight stay, beautiful rooms, delicious food in restaurant and friendly service.

I stayed here over last weekend with my son who is profoundly disabled. I am extremely impressed with how the staff supported us and took action on my concerns. We will be back… thank you for showing us your concern, sensitivity and understanding xxx.

Morgans Hotel were so fantastic with helping me organise my sisters baby shower. They couldn't do enough. I would thoroughly recommend them for any event.

Absolutely fantastic offer. Fab night with fab service. Evening meal was delicious and the back to a very cosy room for a fab restful sleep.

Just had Sunday lunch hear on the 20th of October lovely dinner and great service and great value for money be returning in the future for a Sunday lunch or lunch in the week.

Very comfortable boutique hotel, reasonably priced, including breakfast, hot breakfast cooked freshly to order, I had smoked salmon, scrambled eggs on sourdough toast. Evening meal, fantastic offer, 3 courses for just £20.00. Best salmon Caesar salad I have ever had. Will certainly come back next time I am in the area.

Great staff great food brilliant atmosphere steeped in history.

Food, service, staff were fantastic… my husband was choking on some food and a member of staff banged him on the back to dislodge the food… kept asking him throughout the day if he was o. K… the only minus… a member of staff being berated in public… the the same supervisor used a couple of expletives about that employee behind their back… not very proffesional! :-)

Perfect position for a run along the seafront. Lovely and clean and very lived in comfortable. Cheeky view of the Dylan Thomas centre as well.

I took my mother for afternoon tea and have to say it was amazing. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty. The staff who served us were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed here just last night for our wedding anniversary… perfect. Parking easy — right opposite hotel. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room upgraded upon arrival and breakfast served to the room with no surcharge. Not to mention the perfect location with wind street right opposite! Would definitely recommend.

Just left after a long weekend and I would like to say a big Thank You to the staff. They really went above and beyond at breakfast and meal times especially for my little girl. One of my worries about going away was about my daughter getting proper meals and I did not need to worry. She had a good breakfast every morning and the Sunday Lunch was amazing. We were even given a high chair and table for our room too and a fridge on request… nothing was too much trouble.
Great location to have some lovely walks and visit local museums and shops.

As a seasoned Traveller I found Morgans Hotel to be a very well maintained fresh and clean to an exceptional standard. The Suite was Well appointed with a comfortable bed just a pity one is an early riser. The Lavatory was spacious very well lit with a choice of bath or shower. The power shower is the Shower of your dreams. The Staff are very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was promptly served hot and tasty
everything you could expect. I would recommend staying at Morgans hotel when in Swansea. A 10/10 experience. To be repeated soon JM.

As part of my job I travel the country and as part of my job I stay and eat in hotels, I’d yet though to ever had the opportunity to eat in my local 5* hotel and was quite excited having heard great reviews! I Attended a surprise 60th party at the Morgan’s hotel with the family, upon our arrival we made our way to the restaurant area on the first floor, a nice setting with a pleasant waiter who greated us, the remainder of the party arrived and another two members of staff came to the table to ask what drinks we wanted, the original waiter at this time who had made a point of saying he’d be looking after us tonight seemed to now be the main waiter on another table… the staff seemed to be running around with no organisation or system in place just who shouted the louder got the attention I guess? Now on to the food, we were presented with the bar menu as this was the only menu on offer, I was amazed the menu read like we were in a weatherspoons yet more expensive and the quality of the food was not as good as a Weatherspoons! Overall luckily we didn’t let the poor food and poor service spoil a special occasion but I for one won’t be rushing back to what I can only describe as a terrible place.

Just had the beef platter today and it was absolutely amazing! Beef was falling apart and melt in your mouth! The veg, roast potatoes & Gravy was plentiful with full flavour! Homemade but with a touch of class & elegance. The price was great too! In the words of Mary poppins "practically perfect in every way"! Highly recommend. Thankyou Morgan's.

Stayed here beginning of January for a special occasion the room was outstanding and spotless. Great value with the January deal price of room equivalent in cash to spend on food n drink. No complaints with evening meal and breakfast, also staff were very friendly would definitely recommend staying there.

Friendly and professional.

A lovely hotel which was recommended by a customer. Friendly staff and a good central location within walking distance to nearby shops etc. The only downside was the room I had booked, as it was not in the hotel building itself but a seperate building. Brilliant rooms though, would highly recommend.
