My 4 night stay at this hotel was totally ruined by the horrid treatment by Claire in the restaurant. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the room rate, however, apparently because I hadn't made a booking they weren't able to seat me. I found this very surprising as the day before there were absolutely no issues with getting breakfast without a booking. (Please note we are talking about 1 person here, not a whole group of people! ) This particular morning, however, restaurant was basically empty — there were only about 3 tables with people and another 20 empty tables. I was NEVER told that it was a requirement to book for breakfast or that if I didn't booked that I wouldn't be able to get any. I asked if I could come back later or if I could make a booking for later on, how error was told that they were fully booked. I wasn't offered any takeaway breakfast option either. It was simply an outright big NO from Claire. If this is actually the hotel's policy then guests should be made aware of this and breakfast bookings should be confirmed with guests well in advance. Also, restaurant staff should be consistent in how they treat guests and allowing walk in guests. I've read through all the information leaflets that the hotel provides upon check-in and there is no mention of any requirement of having to make a booking.

Lovely clean rooms & in the best spot for wind street. Reasonably priced too.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was 45 minutes early for check in, the lady on the reception checked us in early and gave us information about the hotel and where our room was and suggested great places to visit and eat. On way to the room, your cleaners where helpful, pointed the way to my room. When I arrived the place was clean, tidy and fresh. The beds where comfy, and I had the best night sleep ever! At breakfast in the morning, I was shocked with the variety of continental breakfast, the food was lovely, and fresh. Also I tried a cooked breakfast it was delicious! The waiter David at breakfast was polite, happy and helpful! The customer service and cleanliness of the place is definitely 10/10. Highly recommend your hotel to others, thank you!

We are regular visitors to this hotel. We've stayed in lots of Premier hotels and this hotel is one of the best. It's location is really good and the staff are all very friendly.

I've stayed at lots of premier inns across the country. This has been the best yet.
Staff couldn't do enough for us. Room was spotless. Breakfast was exceptional as usual. Thanks to the staff for making us feel very welcome.

I've stayed here a few times. Prime location. The staff are always an actual delight and can't do enough for you. The highlight of the visit is always the breakfast which is amazing value and high quality. Would always stay here again and recommend.

Brilliant central location, rooms are same as any Premier inn. Staff are friendly and proffessional at the same time. Kitchen struggled to cope with a busy period meaning lots of people having to go without parts of their breakfast, this needs to be addressed. But the manageress dealt with our concerns very well.

This hotel has the best breakfast, the staff are really friendly and easy to approach. The rooms are 10/10 and the you are garenteed a good night sleep. The location makes this place even better. Definitely my spot whenever I come Swansea ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best large chain budget hotels. Expensive car parking (Swansea all over) but the staff more than make up for it. They are all so very nice and polite and chatty and helpful.

So convenient to get out and about. A stone's throw from city centre and sea front. Restaurants of different exciting cuisine and VUS cinema are nearby. Guaranteed for satisfaction.

Would have given 5 * but the rooms don't come with a fridge. Other than that; exceptionally clean, comfy bed, good shower. A good hotel.

Perfect place to enjoy Swansea. Right in centre with shops and bars within walking distance. The mumbles is only a short drive away.

Budget it may be but it performed its budgetary duty with aplomb. Friendly staff, clean room, climate control and a breakfast that kept on giving. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. This particular Premier Inn was smack bang in the middle of pretty much everything, no need to phone a taxi and I could even see the car from the hotel room (I wasn't paying for the view). Would definitely book again.

Like to start off by saying staff were very helpful and sorted problem very quickly but room 212 had an unpleasant smell on entering. We were moved to 217… all ok. Not happy with internet free or ultimate kept disconnecting.

Rooms the same as most other premier inn's so clean and comfortable at a reasonable price point. As always, not enough ingredients for more than one cup of coffee which is a big issue when you are a couple and have travelled any distance. On this visit we happened to encounter a few little problems (room keys not working, car park card not activated etc) but they all seemed to have the one staff member as the cause so not really a premier inn problem. Lastly, if you stay here bear in mind that the Wetherspoons a few doors up do a nice breakfast for less money. Enjoy.

Recently stayed in wind street swansea clean & comfortable room breakfast choice very good staff were very friendly & always there to help everything in walking distance definitely recommend anyone to stay here can't wait to go back.

Lovely clean rooms no noise from the street either. Beds were big and comfortable, pillows were standard so it's was a good stay.

Nice central location, we parked the car in the adjoining car park and didn't move it all weekend. There is so much to do within walking distance, restaurants and bars everywhere. Great place to have a weekend break.

Location is great. Restaurants are very close. Waterfront is close. Ncp carpark next door with reduced rate. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was nice and all staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely staff. Right next to the main strip. Stayed with kids and heard no noise whatsoever. Definitely going back without kids for night out and 100% staying here!

Clean spacious room, no outside noise even though in the heart of the city, and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Staff were very helpful too.

Poorest Premier Inn I have stayed in, I have stayed in many! Room was shabby, hotel had a pungent chemical smell but worst of all was the half-an-hour wait for a cooked breakfast, time I did not have!

First room given, the toilet flushing mechanism was broken. After a change of room, everything was fine, although the toilet flush could have been better! A convenient location, with a superb breakfast and late checkout in the morning.

Clean and tidy. Polite staff. Good selection for Breakfast if you purchase the Full Breakfast so you can select things from the Continental Breakfast aswell. Hotel is on Wind Street which does get very busy at the weekend, but doesnt affect the hotel noise wise. Would stay here again no problem.

Had a really nice stay here, staff are super friendly and accommodating. Quiet room and all I needed for my stay + very central.

Felt a bit grotty as I made my way to the room, bit the room was fine, clean & standard comfortable Premier Inn bed.

Lovely staff especially on reception. Very quiet as well despite being on top of the busy restaurant areas (Frankie & Benny's and t. G. I. Fridays).

Nice and convenient hotel, it is on the main Street for pubs and clubs so be mindful of some noise on weekends.

Another great Premier Inn with the stable and expected quality, the friendly and helpful staff, the unbeatable prices and the excellent breakfast. Nearly perfect, needs a good renovation though. I had the top experience in the Leicester one in Braunstone. Very satisfied as a customer!

Excellent location in the heart of the night life in the city. They have a 'bouncer' after 11pm to make sure you are a guest which seems to make sense as it can get a bit rowdy outside. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Parking wasn't very clear and we parked at Strand for £8.20 overnight. I believe there is a £5 discount for parking in the NCP.

Excellent central location for the town centre and near the night life. Staff were very helpful and very welcoming at all times :D room was really good size and clean. Breakfast was good and the ideal way to start a new day after a comfy nights sleep.

Best place to stay in Swansea, great price/quality, lovely customer service, nice location if you are here for holidays or just the wind street nightlife. Truly recommended.

Great location. Nice and close to all the Swansea attractions and a nice walk to Mumbles Pier. Parking overnight can be expensive per night. Spacious room but a little dirty, flies in the bathroom and quite noisy at night next to a main road and the plumbing woke me up a few times too. Friendly staff who explained the parking procedures clearly.

Very good choice to stay is in the center of the city. Comfortable, clean rooms and, above all, well soundproofed, since is not heard nothing of the environment of the weekends of the street that gives the hotel.
Breakfast very varied and worth the penalty by the price that has.
Unlimited free Wi-Fi, for faster payment option.

Got a spacious double room for a very nice price. Everything looked clean and towels were changed daily. Bed was very comfortable and despite the fact that the hotel is next to a busy street we couldn't hear anything. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely awful customer service. I wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone.

My stay was for one night in mid January. The hotel is located very close to the city centre such that you can walk to many shops in 10 minutes or less. There is no on-site parking, however there is an NCP car park just next door and the staff at the hotel can verify your ticket so you pay a reduced rate — they will only so this the once per night, so if you drive elsewhere after initial check-in you'll have to pay full price for the first ticket. The room I was given was on the 2nd floor. It was relatively easy to find once told where to go and there were plenty of signs indicating which rooms were located where. The room itself was large and I was impressed with the ability to adjust the room temperature. The bed was made up neatly and the bathroom was clean other than a few missed areas on the rim of built-in the sink — but it wasn't anything major. I slept soundly in the comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was around the usual price for these places and a good spread was available with plenty to choose from. The two different receptionists I talked to were polite and helpful. Altogether a nice stay, relatively standard for a budget hotel but possibly a bit better than some.

Premier Inn has the best beds out of any hotel ever.

Brilliant location for a family, walking distance from the sea and a superb leisure center. I stay here when I'm visiting my sister, and the hotel staff always go above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. Rooms are clean and the family room we stayed in was a brilliant size, so the kids got a single bed each, my 2 year old felt so grown up having a big bed. The free Wi-Fi was incredibly useful and the television had cbeebies to entertain the kids whilst we got ready. Checking in and out was a doddle, and the food! Oh its so good. Buffet breakfasts are always a hit with my husband and kids, they could eat for Britain! Lots of variety and the dinner menu is fab too. Thoroughly recommend the Lamb Casserole. Also, just round the corner from the hotel are some other great restaurants too, including an american themed dinner which does floats and mega milkshakes. Will definitely be back next year!

Perfect. Right bang in the city centre near everything and a fantastic nights sleep.

Stayed here for 3nights, situated next to night clubs and bars I was a little worried about the noise but heard none, nice quiet room with a good air conditioning unit. The staff were friendly and welcoming and asked if at any point I might be arriving back late one night, after saying there was a possibility of me doing so explained the procedures of me arriving late, and was spot on and that information made me feel at ease when approaching the hotel at 1am. The breakfast was superb, really wouldn't mind going back there just for the breakfast. I had a lovely cooked breakfast and due to my picky eating accommodated the breakfast to my needs. Had about four glasses of the pure orange juice as it was so tasty. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, was great. If I ever visit Swansea again I will be sure to pick this hotel once again.

For some reason I was not able to sleep properly, I think it was ventilation. Otherwise room was well equipped, neat and clean.

Dead in the city centre. Brilliant place to stay if you are having a bozzy nite out in swansea as u walk right out onto wine st where all the bars and restaurants are. Rooms are clean and spatious. Wouldn't reccomend this hotel if you are not going to enjoy the night life on the weekend as you can hear the revellers from the streets below and also some rooms are above a bar that plays music till 3am.
