Review of The Diplomat Hotel Restaurant & Spa 3*

WEDDING, JUNE 2ND, 2018 The Best Western Diplomat Hotel catered the venue for myself and wife for the wedding breakfast and evening wedding celebrations. Planning a wedding is one of the most wonderful and stressful experiences a couple will ever endeavour. We met with a gentleman called Sheldon Vermaak, the duty manager and a wedding coordinator at this hotel as a selection process to decide who we thought best to place the biggest day of our lives in the hands of. We never even looked at other venues after our first meeting with Mr Vermaak! The Diplomat Hotel was the best decision we made during the whole planning of the wedding. From the very first meeting, to the very last meeting, Mr Vemaak assisted our every requirement, answered every question and offered personal assistance whenever it was needed and "boy" did he deliver on the day. It was perfect. The food at this venue was outstanding, the staff at this venue were exceptional and most helpful and the venue itself had a fantastic set up for the wedding celebrations. The majority of our guests infact stated it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to and the Diplomat and Mr Vermaak delivered this. Myself and wife can not thankyou enough, for her it was a fairytale wedding and for me it was very well priced and all the stops had been pulled out on the day. Mr Vermaak I would personally like to thankyou for the fantastic deliverance and making our special day more wonderful than we could ever have imaged. You are and absolute asset to this hotel and It was so reassuring to meet someone so genuine, kind, fun and as friendly as you, nothing was to much trouble. I can only hope that this review makes the decision for other couples planning their big day and I assure you this hotel will not disappoint. The hotel rooms were spotless, the hotel was spotless, the facilities are fantastic and the food was outstanding, with a huge and very modern bridal suite. I could go on and on about how thankful we are. So on behalf of myself and beautiful wife.
