Fantastic lunch today at the Miramar Hotel.
Welcoming, spotless, sociable staff. I had a mixed grill and my wife had a Sirloin Steak. Cooked to perfection by the Portuguese lady Chef, well presented.
Highly recommended, worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

Regularly stayed over a period of 20 years for long weekends enjoyed full English Breakfast very good and can vary it if I want by asking the staff in advance, I appreciate all the staff do to make my stay comfortable the bedroom is clean and always will get a good night's sleep. There is a varied menu in Restaurant and a comfortable Lounge with an extensive bar.

Friendly staff and good comfortable beds. The breakfast was quite over priced. Staff are very helpful and overall it is a really good hotel. The owner Keith is very friendly. Wifi is quite good but sometimes it is hard to access if your room is near the top.

Another great Sunday lunch. Freshly cooked, well presented. Good veggie options. Great service every time we have visited the restaurant. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel clean and presentable. Right next to train station for Swansea. Staff very helpful and food lovely. Definitely stay there again cost £95 for family room for 4.

The restarant is very well decorated and has beautiful food, lovely helpful staff everyone enjoyed their food. Idilna there can't do enough for you. Highly recommend for food.

We arrived to our booking having being messed up. So had to pay extra. The receptionist gave looks that could have killed a 50 ton elephant. She spoke broken English and was rude from the outset. I asked for the manager who was slightly more helpful. We were given a room with no bath (on purpose I would wager) it was basic and smelled of damp. When I explained I has spinal problems and would like a bath in my room I was fobbed off an told there was nothing he could do by tonight bit it would be sorted the next day. It was not. Breakfast was salty and over priced. Dinner was pub food quality at best. Over all I would say that the hotel was not worth the money and the service was abominable! I will not be staying again. Nor woukd I recomend anyone else to either.

Was delighted with our stay, the rooms of our suite were comfortable and had a great night sleep, and the food from their restaurant was fabulous. Highly recommend this place to stay.

A lovely friendly hotel the staff were first rate and the food was top notch. Idalena is a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so welcoming we will definitely stay again for sure! 11/10

The hotel was comfortable enough for a short stay. We ate from the lunch menu and the food was lovely. Breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were very friendly. We returned from a concert about 11.30pm so we were delighted to find that the bar was still open for a nightcap!

Just got back from a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel, would highly recommend it, the rooms were lovely and very clean, the food was fab, and the staff were very friendly. Especially the Portuguese lady elenida she cudnt do enough for us and made us feel very welcome at all times. Will definitely be staying again.

Got to this hotel to be greeted by a dragon manager/ bar staff. Very un welcoming. So much I walked out very upset. They even took the payment off my card. Advise you all Dont book there…

What a cheeky little gem, foods amazing fresh and very tasty and can't fault the price either. The staff are so welcoming the Portuguese lady and the other blonde lady behind the bar can't do enough for you will definitely be coming back again.

Hidden away but well worth making the effort… it ticks all the boxes great food value for money and very good service… the Portuguese lady very welcoming and friendly as are all the other staff… would definitely recommend.

Stayed for a few drinks after missing the train. Always a warm welcome and a European feel to the place.

Nice but simple rooms, located opposite llanelli train station, friendly staff.

Rock solid bed. Said there would be breakfast in the morning of Christmas day there wasn't. Someone had left gas on in the kitchen but no one was there the next day, wasn't until I rang on boxing day that someone checked. We became quite ill and didn't even get an apology. Also the shower is tiny but the door didn't shut on the shower so u couldn't move properly to wash.

Food was really nice and great value for money, room is clean, will use again, was going to take advise of last review then realised it is 5 year old, glad I didn't.

We won't be going there again. We just had what should have been a lovely meal. Unfortunately everything came on freezing cold plates which meant the food was cold. In all fairness they did warm everything up. Although I ate my meal alone as my meal came back before my husbands. By the time his came back I had almost finished mine. The owner charged us full price and didn't even offer us a free cup of coffee by way of an apology. Mistakes happen it is the way they are dealt with that make or break the situation as far as I am concerned they handled it all wrong.
