Rooms are always clean when we have visited, staff cannot do enough for you and beds are soooo comfy.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. A decent night's sleep. Have used the hotel a number of times whilst visiting my son at the University of South Wales at Trefforest.

Had a lovely stay here the staff were great nothing was too much trouble for them especially cara at the reception and the waitress and chef in the breakfast room. Bed was so comfy room was warm quiet and clean. I will return on my next visit to wales. Highly recommend this hotel 💗

Clean spacious rooms with good facilities and helpful staff and the option to start the day with a hearty breakfast that is cooked to perfection.

Hotel itself is fine — there is only a Toby Carvery next door which us not owned by premier inn (breakfast only open from 8.00am)

Basic, perfect for my family's quick visit. Staff brilliant. Felt in need of a refresh to bring up to the standard of other Premier Inns I've visited.

Clean and close to the pub. Rooms were very hot despite using the fan. . Staff were helpful and pleasent.

Very quiet and peaceful. Had an excellent night's sleep both nights, and it was very handy to have the Toby carvery right next door.

Tidy hotel, nice regular rooms with wall mounted TVs but no aircon, staff excellent but would not recommend the Toby Carvery next door, eat in Caerphilly.

Clean and comfortable, convenient location, and although no breakfast, Toby does an unlimited breakfast next door for £5. The room was bit too warm even with window open, but it was a blistering hot Bank Holiday. Would definitely stay again!

Okay hotel, big minus, that they don't have their own restaurant. There is Toby Carvery just outside Premier Inn, but they open up for breakfast from 8am which is quite late during the week. Also Internet is really slow.

Good food at the Toby carvery next door and the hotel itself was nice, quiet and in good condition. Just what you want for an overnight stay.

Can't go wrong with a Premier inn. Comfortable but could have done with some more teabags.

Good rooms with plug sockets by beds. Plenty of parking. No associated restaurant on site for meal deal but Carvery is next door.

Carpet dirty, room noisy and hot. Stayed before and had super room clean and super this time atrocious in different part of hotel. Some room definitely need a deep clean/revamp. Disappointed.

Was great hotel, I forgot my tooth brush and they were happy to give me one.

Rooms are ok pub across carpark only really does carverys so I have to drive to get a different meal.

Not far from Cardiff if your driving, there is a toby carvery on the same complex and its around a 15 minute walk/ 2 minute drive from an asda superstore. The staff on reception are friendly and helped me with directions and with my questions. I don't think I've been to any premier inn without having a good night sleep yet.

Didn't stay as dirty and mouldy. Tv did not work either. Staff were friendly though.

One of the newly refurbished sites, with consideration for the summer taken into account and every room having a free fan on place. Excellent staff as. Per most Premier Inn's.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was good as well, standard premier Inn quality. However what made me score it so high was quilty of the staff who made the visit worth 4 stars. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do more to help especially one in particular that checked us in, I believe her name was Cara, very friendly and welcoming and even told us about some places to visit and eat. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Very comfy bed, modern room with great facilities (even has a HDMI socket in the wall to connect your own device to the TV, unlike other hotels that try and lock you down) — For the price it was amazing value! Highly recommend, Thanks.
