Very helpful receptionist. Clean and tidy. Good value for money.

Fab staff, very helpful and lovely folks! The room was standard very comfortable and clean we did literally just sleep there and it was perfect for that with a 24hr manned reception. Breakfast was all you can eat so very worthwhile adding that little extra to our stay. Very tasty it was too!

Great hotel ideally located for the town. Staff were super friendly and helpful and our room was really modern and spotlessly clean. Another bonus is the free carpark.

It's a Premier Inn — my experience was pretty much the same as every other Premier Inn I've been in!

Premier Inn — usual high standard for low cost when booked well in advance. Staff friendly and polite, only moan was not enough staff to cover breakfast on Sunday morning, with self serve items run out.

Friendly staff & clean rooms, water pressure not powerful there for a shower though and room not ready after we already checked in, this was resolved promptly though and moved into a different roon.

Very clean and resalable priced accommodation good food too!

Stayed with family, pleasant, quiet and reasonable priced food from adjoining restaurant.

Rooms ok but everywhere there is too much dust and stains as if after drinks. If it were clean, I would give 5 but I do not like dirt, so I can give a maximum of 2 stars, plus one for nice Mr. Adrian at the reception.

Really friendly even though it was having some building work made us feel very welcome.

Currently undergoing some refurbishment but rooms usual good standard. An extension to hotel currently being built so parking reduced and plenty of mud about.

Staff excellent. Booked in 10pm no problems.

Small hotel next to a shopping area, but quiet at night. Room was ok, but slightly below the average premier Inn standard. Could not use Wi-Fi for the 2 days I've stayed there, which was a problem…

Clean and comfortable rooms. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and really helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Location is okay, but hampered very much by rush hour both morning and evening, so you will need to factor that in. It is 26min away from the town centre on foot and is worth the trek to. See. The castle. Unaware of any other points of interest. The accommodation is reasonable. I was in the quiet section but that doesn't quite work with squeaky floorboards throughout, room entry doors that clatter shut and TV noise from surrounding rooms. Luckily other guests were considerate and most noice past 11 had gone and the room was quiet enough to keep out outside noise. Room itself is basic but does the job. Zero complaints. Very cheap pub/restaurant next door. A two meals for a £10 pub. A tesco's and other shops near by. Be happy to return and stay if I was required to return to the area.

Nice and cushty apart from the door cards not working all the time every time I went out I had to get a new card.

Good clean beds decent lightning TV and bathroom. Good shower. No power sockets near the beds for phone charging.

If you are looking for a guaranteed night of NO SLEEP then this is the hotel for you. Gaps in doors are so wide you can see the light shining through from the corridor. Insulation is poor — expect to be kept up by slamming doors and snoring neighbours.

Nice, clean, quiet. Spacious room with flat screen mounted on wall — bed was very comfortable — the staff was very friendly too — as expected from Premier Inn.

Service not good took ages food cold. Served prawn crackers with chill lol.

Family pub. Kids area. Themed type pub. Home if with kids. Play area outside and inside etc.
