Food was absolutely delicious and presentation top class. Good selection of wines. Stayed for an overnight stay and the breakfast was faultless. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you Barely Bree.

We are local to the restaurant and came for a meal on Saturday evening.
We had some cocktails in the bar before hand then a meal in the restaurant.
The food was amazing. Very well presented and filling.

Went with some friends a while ago for Sunday lunch. Had never heard of the restaurant so had no idea what to expect. It was wonderful — brilliant food, from the bread and butter to the best tarte tatin I have ever eaten (and I live in France for 6 years). We will be back when next in the area.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable 1 night stay at Barley Bree. Dinner was exceptional, wine list was fabulous and the accommodation was very cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice too! Staff are lovely! Highly recommend and look forward to returning at some point. Thanks again.

Clean, well appointed rooms, cozy bar and lovely period dining room serving good food, with a comprehensive wine list all served by a friendly and professional staff.

Craig and I had the most wonderful meal here last night. The food was out of this world & beautifully presented. All the staff were friendly and attentive, please pass on our thanks for looking after us so well. Our room had everything we needed and the most comfy bed! Thoroughly recommend this hidden gem and we will definitely be back.

Feel totally chilled out after a 2 night stay here. Very comfortable, cosy room. Breakfast on both mornings was absolutely delicious. Dinner on Friday evening was fantastic. Staff at Barley Bree are all so attentive and polite however not overbearing. Thank you so much. We will be back and cannot recommend here enough.
