Off the beaten track in a business park but all we wanted was a bed for the night enroute north. One the the best Hilton's I have stay in. Friendly greeting at checking, clean spacious room and comfy bed. Hearty breakfast, and attentive staff throughout.

Stayed here a few times now and this time was by far better than before. The hotel has upgraded rooms and the bathrooms much brighter. We ate our dinner at the hotel which was great value for money. Will definatly be back! Update… another perfect stay. Breakfast as good as ever. 8/2018

The rooms. Bathroom and beds were beautiful but drink and food prices are ridiculous… They charged my sons bank account twice and he's still waiting to get it back… We paid for the Queen suite but were put in a standard room instead… On a brighter note the staff were all lovely and it was a great night.

Free Car park close to entrance. Lovely front entrance to hotel. Excellent customer service, surprised with warm cookies on arrival! Cot/crib brought straight up to the room. Great facilities. Very welcoming staff in the morning at breakfast. Fantastic choice for breakfast, especially enjoyed the traditional haggis and potato cakes.

Retirement party with many of us staying over. Dinner and party night brilliant. Breakfast all fresh and great choice. Rooms very comfortable, loved bed as nice and hard. All staff we dealt with were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend.

A very warm welcome. Very spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Efficient and swift check in and out. Room spacious and very comfortable. Restaurant at dinner had attentive staff and quick service. Thoroughly reccommend this upmarket hotel. Room cost reasonable too.

Been a few times now (with wife) for a wee overnight getaway. Never been disappointed, staff are genuinely helpful & welcoming. Excellent pool saunas/steamrooms/spas.

What a great place. We were privilege to be at a Wedding and didn't stay over but, have to say the organisation and the Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately friends, who stayed 2 nights and were upgraded did say they found the room quite small. Although they also said the breakfasts were excellent.

As part of a Groupon my friend and I were there on sat 12 may. All I can say is fantastic service from all the staff we met… courteous. Food was great. Lovely relaxed dinner in your bar area. We didn't stay. But well be back for more. Thank you all very much. We used the spa… fantastic treatments. All the staff in the leisure are were so helpful… Mark had the Groupon code nightmare. But we still got our treatment and enjoyed full use of facilities. Which are perfectly adequate for us… great staff. Thank you all again. Elemis treatment was lovely x.

Given warm cookies upon arrival… very good start! Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, iron and board, hairdryer, tea and coffee etc. Massive bed and comfy pillows.

Lovely comfortable hotel with brilliant facilities, the team are really friendly and will always help The food is fantastic, I ate in the restaurant both nights and was massively impressed. Little to do around the hotel, however hotel itself is nice.

Very inattentive staff I used to use this hotel a lot. Thought it might be good to set up a meeting there. I'm disabled and managed to find a suitable seat normally the staff would have come over to take my order I sat for over 15 minutes before my colleague arrived and had to go to the bar to get the coffee. Pretty disappointed.

I regularly use the lounge to work from and meet people. The ladies that waitress there are fantastic. I never have to say what my coffee order is because they remember everyone and what they drink. Really fantastic service.

Went for a conference in one of the meeting rooms. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a breakfast meeting so it was rolls and bacon for meat eaters and mini pastries for veggies. Car parking was okay when I arrived in the morning but there were quite a few cars parked wherever they could which suggests that car parking might be an issue. It's easy to get to and handy for all the businesses in the adajecnt business park.

Facilities are great and food was ok. More like pub grub than what you would expect. Room was a little tired and dated. Very basic.

Nice attentive staff but rooms missing silly little things that could easily fixed if Management encouraged a sysytem of 4 faults I fixed 2 and left the remaining on comment card. Breakfast healthy options dismally lacking on week day… Advertises blackberries dark anti oxidant fruit but left with orange and water melon… Overall a pleasant stay but the little things you need… needs jockeying along.

Hotel ok, but needs to do better at breakfast, very poor, foul machine coffee to save labour on jugs of coffee. Food was poorly presented, see baked beans picture. No pork sausage only beef, yuk. Was given a cup of hot brown water, yes Starbucks, refused to drink, had tea instead. Food Luke warm. Also no manager in, allows to avoid speaking to checking out customers. Shame as evening meal was nice. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Great stay, with helpful friendly staff, and really comfy family room. Had a peaceful night's sleep — no problems with noise or anything. Not far from Hamilton either so were able to catch a film at the cinema while we were staying there.

Used the Hilton Honors app so chose my room and was given a free upgrade. Rooms are 4 out 5. Very spacious and well appointed. Evening well was good but breakfast very poor. Not a fan of buffet breakfasts and this was cold. Good for an overnight stay.

Hi I was only here for a few minutes but will be having Christmas Dinner here and it looks very nice can't wait.

Room was comfortable and well appointed, but felt a little cold overnight. Breakfasts were well provided for and well prepared. Very pleasant and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Attended for afternoon tea. Was a bit expensive for what you got. All bar one of the cakes had a lot of cream which I don't like so more variety would have been better!

Superb hotel and great value for money. Very comfortable beds in well-designed rooms. Good range of excellent food. Only problem is crappy wireless internet access.

Lovely venue and easy to get to. Good was nice but ran out half way through service so they had to switch menu for the remaining people. Over all though very good.

Attended a wedding reception here. It was well presented though the staff were a little distant. Lovely pond area for the kids to play.

Attended a wedding as a guest and really enjoyed the whole experience. The venue was well laid out and the service staff were discreetly efficient. Would recommend the hotel.

Our Bride chose Hilton Strathclyde as her wedding venue. Amazing choice and she chose Privé Event Design to dress her venue Have to say the service staff venue was amongst the most professional we have worked with. General Manager oversaw the the wedding from start to finish and his staff were first class especially Liz at event set up and all of Reception Staff. The teamwork was so obvious and the want of success amazing. Loved being there today Liz.

We got married here on July 22nd 2017 and from our very first viewing we had a great experience. The customer service was excellent nothing was too much trouble. I stayed with my bridesmaids the night before and was made to feel so welcome. Every single detail was carried out perfectly. All of our guests commented on the great food and amazing service. I was a bridesmaid at a wedding here. The wedding food was great and the venue lovely. My room was also nice and the staff were friendly but I felt that the wedding staff were a little unorganized overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Well trained friendly reception staff with good customer care skills. Same for bar and restaurant. Rooms new. Too hot and no air with windows opening only a very little. TV service awful, slow and no menu service.

Stayed here when working nearby, friendly staff couldn't do enough for you, clean, well maintained, beds were comfy, could use the onsite gym. Only niggle was that, checked in late evening and there was only cold food available and had to go find a takeaway to get some hot food.

The beds are uncomfortable. Hard as a rock and really two twins. It is probably two box springs. The rest of the hotel is great. Staff is awesome and helpful. The special today in the restaurant was great as well.

Attended a function in the main ballroom. Tables nicely set and comfortable seating. Bar staff were tentative and polite. Entertainment could do with improvement. Poor sound system and could hardly hear presenter.

Great staff, superb gym facilities, good location for heading south and very competitive prices.

We take our daughter swimming there at water babies. Facilities are always good.

Currently wide awake at 715am after what must be the worst nights sleep we have ever had in a hotel. The walls must be paper thin as we have heard everything going on in the rooms either side of us. On one side we had what must have been a Glasgow Henny night out that had a karaoke session at 1130pm and we eventually had to knock on the wall at midnight. Then during the night we could hear everything from whoever was in the toilets adjacent to us, above us? below us? alongside us? wherever they were we heard them including unfortunately all their movements!. There was constant doors opening and closing from within our corridor during the night which apart from the noise the you could feel movement in our room as the doors banged. To cap it off we had Chinese? guests on the other side of us get up at 630am to have a catch up with their friends in rooms either side of the corridor before leaving at 650am for a flight? We have no idea what was being said but they never stopped talking and we heard every word. Then at 7am their room phone rang several times (3 or 4 at least) for long periods for what we assume was their early morning wake up call that they then weren't there to answer. The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress ever which didn't make for a comfortable nights sleep in between all this "fun". Now this would be bad enough under normal circumstances but we specifically requested a quite room when we booked.

Great for a quick meet up business wise and central to Glasgow and Edinburgh half way to both.

Stayed here twice now. 1st time was perfect 2nd time not so good. Staff where great but room want up to standard. Dirty pillow case and another had 2 holes in it. The toilet was disgusting underneath the seat and there where grubby marks on the light switch for the bathroom. Also dried in make up around the sink. Very disappointing for the Hilton brand.

Great Christmas party night, good food and decent priced.

Food choices are terrible and forced to watch the hotel TV, as unable to connect laptop or Xbox to tv.

Convenient location to work. Quiet. Comfortable room. Decent breakfast and lively muffin, Shane that it wasn't there on Sunday morning. Friendly staff. Gym and swimming pool are added bonus.

Sorry not eally a review but a simple comment. Had hoped to try the facilities tonight as I live not too far away but it seems you need to be a member. I wondered whether there would be a future option for a try before you buy?

As an artist I cannot help pointing out how welcoming this hotel's palette is. Colours are clean, delicate, mellow, harmonious. I do not know why but the room reminded me of one of my favourite paintings — Paul Cézanne's Mühle am Fluß. Thank you for this experience.

The worst hilton experience. Lot of things are wrong in this hotel. First the smell of wet painted in all the floors. Second the bed OMG the mattress is hard like a stone not comfortable at all. The Wi-Fi how it is possible one hotel like this don't have free Wi-Fi for the room's client? Amazing! I do not recommend at all.

I believe I will say nothing but the sole truth stating this hotel is quite nice — rooms, service, food and all. However I would like to point out that the icing of the cake is the sauna (and the jacuzzi actually). Seldom have I come across such excellent spa facilities.

For business travellers — this is the best hotel. Rooms are of a well maintained standard and always clean. Furthermore take a recommendation from someone who has tried everything on the menu — food at this hotel is ample and delicious.

The main reason for booking this hotel was the leisure facilities seemed inviting. No frustration. The gym was well equipped, the pool was always clean, jacuzzi and sauna — great, given the rainy weather outside. Overall the place has a good vibe.
