Would recommend these pods. Very clean, bedding smelt so clean and fresh. Great shower room. Thoughtful touches. Friendly owners. Perfect place to relax.
We had a wonderful 'mini-moon' at Evelix Pods following our wedding in July 2021. We stayed for six nights in 'Wolfburn'. We recieved a very warm welcome from Donald as we drove into the entrance. He directed us to our pod and answered a few of our initial questions. The pod was beautifully clean and tidy. The owners had kindly left a note to 'the Newly Weds' with a bottle of bubbly, strawberries and some local treats to enjoy. This was a really special touch. The pod featured a sofa, modern TV, en-suite shower room, super-comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery. There was a bottle of milk in the fridge when we arrived together with a selection of tea, coffee and cereal. Towels are provided. Plenty of hot water avaliable for showers and washing-up. Really good Wi-Fi! During our stay, we had an unfortunate incident resulting in a buckled alloy and flat tyre. Donald went above and beyond and kindly took the wheel to be repaired for us whilst we enjoyed a day exploring locally in Dornoch. We are so grateful. We enjoyed a few evenings on the decking which looked out for miles over rolling countryside. We really enjoyed our stay at Evelix Pods and would definitely return in the future.
