Everything was great! Beds were comfortable, it was quiet, breakfast was good. Rooms were a bit small by American standards but we had 2 weeks worth of luggage, so that was on us. Very walkable to town. Maybe 5-10 minutes.

Quiet B&B with a very friendly host. Provided helpful information on the city of Inverness. Delicious breakfast and clean rooms. Within walking distance to the town, train station, and local shops.

Great personal bed and breakfast. The hotel operator is amazing. Individually cooked breakfast every morning. Rooms are on the smaller side, but it's what I expected. It's about a 15 minute walk to the middle of downtown. There are a couple of restaurants and coffee shops close by, but mainly I've been walking downtown. I've not had any issues finding parking right out front everyday. Got to love the towel warmer in the bathrooms.

Grat two-days stay. Excellent accommodation, even if the single beds were a little bit too narrow. Excellent breakfast, cozy atmosphere, our guest was so nice.

Super host! Perfect location, great price, food us wonderful! Live that the owner wears his Kilt for our breakfast Ade it even more special. We will return.

Adequate accommodation, room with ensuite. Too much stuff in the room, made it feel pokey. The smallest bed I've ever slept on in my life 2'6". Felt like I gripped the side all night to stop myself falling out. Good bathroom, and good hot full English breakfast. Nice friendly hosts eager to help.

Short stay for one night. Room was spacious and clean, good bed. Shared bathroom with a nice shower. Host was charming. We could not try the breakfast since we had to leave early for the airport.

Clean, comfortable, and a delicious brekky. What more could you ask for? Kenny even serves up breakfast in full Scottish attire (kilt and all! ). Great host and great location. We had a great stay.

This place is great. The rooms are small (not smaller than you'd expect for a B&B though) but so well kept. It's quiet and great location. The gentleman who runs it is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is huge with many options. Parking is easy. Good Wi-Fi. Great place to stay if you want a good value with all you will need. The room even has a mini-fridge! That was a nice touch for us.

This was the last place me and my wife stayed at after 5 days of hopping around the Highlands. It is a small place but very well kept. The only thing that threw as off when comparing to more main stream accommodations was wrinkled bed cover which look like it had already been used. I don't think it had though. The duvet was maybe a bit too much and there were some dark hard things in the filling that kept poking us during sleep. Feathers maybe? Or lose leafs in the feeling, we never found out. The owner is very nice and friendly, and he will serve you breakfast in full Scottish attire, kilt and all. Speaking of breakfast, it was very good with some good quality ingredients (at least it seemed that way) it was a shame backed beans were not an option though, and the tomato was just a couple of cherry tomatoes, not a proper roasted half tomato. We got the room with the shared bathroom, which felt like we were the only ones using. The bathroom was impeccably clean and the room had lots of freebies, from toiletries to coffee, tea and biscuits. The room was just across the dining room which made us a bit uncomfortable to go about going about out morning routine having to walk between bathroom and bedroom with breakfast being served in a room just opposite to ours. I guess that is why we only had the first breakfast slot as an option to choose from. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 8:30. Points for having fresh flowers on the breakfast tables.

Clean and comfortable. The host serves an amazing Scottish breakfast — whilst wearing a kilt which is an added bonus.

The streetview photo here doesn't do justice to this very posh clean and new looking guest house. Great decorating and room fitting, light and bright n airy. Nice Scottish/English breakfast in a immaculate and well populated lunch room. Easy short walk into town.

Charming house with clean bedrooms and not far from city center. The host is really nice. Dressed with kilt, he can narrates interesting stories about clans and Scotland.

Was working in the Morrison's store over a 3 week period and stopped at Silverstrands guest house great stay, great host, rooms lovely nice and clean, good rates. Will recommend to friends.
