Auchnagairn is a stunning venue in an even more stunning location, my wife and I stayed in ring a rosies and it was one of the most unique and fun rooms we have stayed in. Would highly recommend for anyone planning a high class function to consider this location.

Haven’t had the displeasure of going yet. My best friends booked this for their wedding and the communication from the venue has been HORRENDOUS. They take weeks to respond and only respond when chased. They try to charge for the most bizarre things like someone to light the tea lights at their wedding. They refuse to do menu tastings and make everything Difficult. Planning a wedding is meant to be enjoyable not make the bride cry! The venue should be ashamed of themselves for treating paying customers like this, especially the prices they are charging!

Just back from a stay in a Mini Manor. Amazing large house, perfect for a group of friends or family to holiday together! Lovely surroundings and just a short drive to all the tourist attractions. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

My daughter’s wedding was held here 11/5/19 and it was spectacular. The food was incredible and the staff was efficient and wonderful. I would recommend it hands down.

The staff are all friendly and professional and the attention to detail is first class.

This truly is a wonderful venue. Our daughter's wedding was here on Thursday and it was faultless from start to finish. All the staff were very efficient and helpful but Kirstie was exceptional — she deserves her recent accolade — keeps things running like clockwork. We had a family emergency and she and her staff were so helpful — even offering to drive us to the hospital! I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful venue — I can’t list individual recommendations about Achnagairn as, quite frankly, I would run out of space — everything was perfect!

As a wedding Dj I go to lots of wedding venues every year. Around 200 to be exact. Achnagairn is one of my favourites with its beautiful function room with arched wooden ceiling and balcony and walkway. The house is set in beautiful grounds for taking your wedding photos and you hire the entire house for your wedding! This means lots of your guests can stay over in the rooms at Achnagairn. The venue has a big kitchen which you have use of and staff who will cook and man the bar etc. On my last visit just a week ago I stayed for breakfast as my disco started at midnight and went on until 4am. Breakfast was very tasty and the waiting staff were very efficient and friendly. The lounge and other rooms in the house are sumptuous and look amazing. Every gig I’ve done at Achnagairn has had a really good atmosphere as I’m sure all the guests enjoy their weekend away in such a beautiful house and surroundings.

And two stars is generous! Castle is not a castle — it is an estate home that serves as a single event venue site. Perfect Manors is where out-of-town wedding guests for the event. The “manors” are like nothing in the photos! Our “Furnished and Burnished” room comes with mold and a cafe chair with a hole in the upholstery.

Attends for a friend's wedding stayed at the local luxury lodges and had a great time.

I got married at Achnagairn on the 3rd January and had the best few days. The staff were fantastic from beginning to end and all our guests couldn’t believe how amazing and beautiful the whole place was. Thank you for helping create super memories.

Attended a corporate event with accommodation for two nights. Brilliant experience, staff very helpful and the accusation in the newer houses was clean, well furnished and well stocked. Gladly recommend.

Amazing wedding venue in an amazing location.

Perfect for wedding and other event. A bit far from Inverness. There's a great forrest walk hiking trail nearby. Rooms are insanely great at Stag house. There's a pool table. Awesome kitchen. Incredible bathtub. Perfect for big group or family. Great if you stay longer than just one night.

We had the most amazing time celebrating our wedding with you at Achnagairn on 2nd June. It really is a special place and we felt right at home there for the weekend. On the build up to our big day in February 2017, Sam was great at ensuring we knew all of our options and making sure things were just as we wanted. Her and John made a great team on our wedding day and made sure things ran smoothly – we did not have to worry about a thing. All staff were great on the day. The venue is spectacular and the flexibility that we had to do what we wanted with it, allowed us to create the relaxed weekend we wanted. Thank you to all at Achnagairn, Mr & Mrs Thomas.

We got married at Achnagairn 2 weeks ago and had the best day! The venue itself is beautiful. Everyone in the main house loved the different rooms and it was great having the whole house to make our own. The lodges are of a very high standard and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stays there. Feedback of the restaurant was also fantastic from those staying in he lodges.
Planning a wedding from Australia was never going to be easy so we ensured Achnagairn were aware of the help we would need. Sam was our main point of contact throughout the planning process and nothing was too much trouble.
We stayed for 3 nights and it was great having the house on the Sunday night for the party to continue with games in the hall.
The list of suppliers provided by Achnagairn were of a very high standard. Some that we used included Angela Stewart Creative, Justin Scobie & Highland Clay Shooting. Being able to shoot on the grounds was an easy & fun way for the guys to be entertained on the morning of the wedding. We can't recommend the venue highly enough to anyone thinking of having their wedding here!

As an events company we have had the pleasure of supplying this beautiful venue on a number of occasions with Entertainment etc. You won't find anywhere like this. Amazing rooms, generous owners and a great place for any event.

Ideal place to host a wedding with your family and friends. Gorgeous ballroom and gardens. Variety of unique rooms and large manor houses which easily suit groups and large family gatherings. Great value if you're looking to stay at a fairytale castle.

It's a bit secluded, and it's hard to get, no good indications. The reception is not well signposted. The buildings are new and with a well-equipped communal kitchen. The tub was a little small and the bed was great, very comfortable and large. The Wi-Fi works regular.

Perfect wedding venue in Inverness.

Achnagairn is one of the most stunning wedding venues I have ever seen. The main house and gardens are simply breathtaking! The new lodges that are now in the grounds look fantastic for a wee holiday in in the Inverness countryside. I will be back!
