What a stunning hotel. In fantastic grounds. Beautiful rooms. Family run with a family vibe. Everyone welcomes you, makes you feel welcome and very dog friendly. Not been here before this trip and we feel like we have known Sarah and Doug (owners) for years.

Just picked up my Fish Supper, absolutely superb, very friendly and ready to pickup when they said, very easy. Local chippy could learn. Will definitely be my new chippy for the foreseeable

We book a meal for our sons 40th birthday party, we had our own dining space which was cozy and festive, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food was delicious.
The staff were very attentive and made the night easy and relaxed.
There was no sense of needing us to leave either … everyone in our group had a lovely time especially my son … Thank you Oswald House.

I had a 40th birthday celebration at Oswald House and it was brilliant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and the space was set up beautifully. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to hold an event.

Fabulous find, we stayed here back in June with work.
Hotel is gorgeous, all the rooms have been refurbished to a very high standard.
The food is amazing, there is something on the menu for everyone.

We had a family gathering in the hotel. The staff were amazing, the rooms were fantastic. The food was great we couldn't fault the hotel. 5 star treatment from everyone.

Visited Oswald House for food and drinks a few times now since change of ownership and always find it very welcoming. Staff extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The food is always of a very high standard. The ongoing renovations are coming along well. It’s looking great while maintaining the traditional feel. Great job so far. Would highly recommend!

Booked in here for a flying visit, arrived late and was given a room view a beautiful view. Had a lovely steak in the bar which was cooked to perfection. As I was leaving early, I settled my account before going to bed and even though breakfast usually started at 8.00 I was offered an early one at 6.30, I declined as this was too early for me. I asked the manager/proprietor? If she could book me a taxi to the hospital and then one to the airport around 45 minutes later, she very kindly offered to drive me to the hospital to save any messing around, she did this at 6.30 the next morning, This was really generous and much appreciated. The bed and bedding was of high quality and despite having an early start, I had a really good nights sleep. Will definitely book here again when visiting Kirkcaldy, hopefully will try the breakfast next time.

The food was delicious and the staff were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for lunch or dinner. What a lot of work has already gone on to restoring this hotel. Will definitely be back for dinner and to see the changes taking place. Thanks to all the staff.

Had a few beers and stayed for food, best food ever. Definitely be back for more.
To top it off dogs are welcome which is fantastic.

The service was excellent the waitress was so friendly and helpful. The food was the best I’ve had for years anywhere. Also you can take a dog with you and they’re really good with dogs. Will definitely be back again soon. Excellent price too £15 for 3 courses.
