Always been good. Good staff, clean gaff.

Good base for exploring Fife. Large bedrooms which are very clean and have enough amenities for your needs. Friendly staff who give a warm welcome and is a regular choice for myself to visit family.

Very helpful staff, couldn't fault them.

From the moment we arrived everything was easy, and the room very accessible and the surrounding amenities are ideal when you have small children.

We stayed at Premier Inn Glenrothes for almost 3 weeks in June. Our room was very comfortable and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The staff on reception were outstanding, always friendly and exceedingly helpful.

Staff were grt rooms was mint deffo go bak.

Went for a meal late on. Was told to take a seat. Was not told that I had to order my food at the bar. Would of been nice for a sign to state that or when I was told to take a seat. Can't complain about the food or the staff apart from the unclear ordering of food Would not stop me going again.

Staff pleasant good size room's the breakfast evening meal deal good. Continental only breakfast expensive and full cooked breakfast good. The evening meal with breakfast deal includes some more premium items for example mixed grill. Before taking the deal check the brewers fare menu as cheaper items not such good value. Bathrooms in need of refurbishment as they are tired but you get both a bath and shower combined.

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Buffet breakfast for pastries and drinks and in the form of a la carte menu included in the price for the one who wants to eat typically British (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans and black pudding)

Staff brilliant and very helpful, however the stay was disrupted due to a youth sports team staying the night whose parents deemed it ok to let their kids run around the corridors shouting and knocking on doors whilst they got pissed in the adjoining bar, the staff tried to do what they could however they stood little chance against unsupervised kids. The second night was better.

Have been a few times to this Premier inn… My hubby and I were there this weekend again. A weekend away for our 13th Wedding Anniversary. Had mentioned to receptionist as my mum had booked us the 1 night and we added a 2nd as it showed as 2 booking under same name and the reason for it… Well we came back to our room yesterday evening to find towels in the form of swans with a bottle of prosecco with glasses, chocolates and an anniversary card from the Reception Team… Totally gobsmacked… You made our day even more special… Thanks a million xx.

Very good very clean hotel and restraunt and the staff are happy to help.

Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly however room wasn't cleaned properly. Crisp bag under bed, dead flies in light fitting and bulbs not working. Good clean towels and bedding though.

This a great place to pop in for a drink and food. It will easily cater for the solo traveller or a family of four. There's a good menu with a wide selection of food. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Clean and tidy room, with most of what you would require … but no plug sockets near the bed is only small gripe.

Room exceeded expectations, very spaceous and the bed was very comfy. The team have all been lovely and the food has been great.

Staff were brilliant. When we got there they had no record of the early check in we'd ordered but was sorted within half an hour. Room stunk of bleach. Site is very dated which gives the impression it's un clean.

Decent priced hotel, with well sized rooms, in a handy location for central Fife. Nice and close to the bar / restaurant as well.

Stayed for 4 nights. Biggest issue was Wi-Fi. They want an extra 5 pounds a day for better Wi-Fi. Free was useless, not fit for email never mind YouTube or Netflix. Won't be back.

Our first night we went to sleep at 11pm my eyes didn't open till 5am I don't even do that at home. Second night we'll see. The reception girl was brillaint. When we returned after our day the room was prepared brillaintly well done all.

We arrived just before midnight and check in was smooth and fast. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely. Room was warm and clean, the bed was comfortable enough (and I was in the single in a twin room) and the (over bath) shower was good.

Staff great room clean and tidy however not sure about your maintenance checks. Toilet flush not working properly and three lights not working (over the mirror and the two either side of the bed). Which I will report as I leave.

Good quiet location with food pub adjacent offering good meal deals. Beds are very comfortable and the hotel is a short drive to Glenrothes town centre.

Although the unberible heat insife the hotel, the food was delicious and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel was good as expected, attentive, polite staff. The evening meal was very average, well cooked, comparing it with similar meals I have had in other Brewers Fayre's. Staff where pleasant. Not a place I would choose to take the family for a meal, but for an overnight stay on business it was fine.

Only stayed for 1 night for work purposes but very pleasant, staff very good, room fine & food in the bar was very nice too. Staying again next Monday so can't be bad.

Great sleep. This Premier Inn was chosen due to it's location brilliant for us. Yes you did it again you always guarantee a great sleep and you never fail us. Tomorrow we move on to another Premier Inn for 2 nights in Northumberland.

Easy to get to like the premier inn clean very comfortable and very friendly.

Excellent service no more going to the counter love the new waitress services… excellent food for an excellent price.

The hotel is nice enough and clean. The window in my room was a bit drafty and didn't do a great deal to dampen the noise from the main road outside, although the road did quieten down late evening.

Good hotel in the Premier Inn chain. Could not fault anything during our stay.

First time at this hotel. To start check in was good. Guy at reception checked us in friendly manner and upselling the bar and restaurant. Which we decided to eat in later on night. We were 5 altogether. The only problem was heating not working in room. We did not make big fuss abt it. Apart from that it was good stay.

A bit on the expensive side for breakfast. 16.50 for two. Some deal. Kids eat free, so charge 8.25 a head.
