Nice clean premier Inn. Friendly staff. Family rooms on ground floor a little smaller than other locations. Really handy location to get the train in to Edinburgh or shopping in Stirling. Vue cinema right opposite and the beefeater next door does an excellent breakfast. Kids gave it 10/10 rating.

State of the art place new in 2017 very quiet and comfortable would highly recommend but beware pub next door they tend to overcharge for drinks if your not with it.

Does the job. A faultless Premier Inn. All the staff are friendly. Very handy location. The car park is free if you register your number plate with reception.

Good location short walk from train station and city centre. Free parking. Beside river with cafes and restaurants nearby. Marked down due to poor check-in arrived at 2pm room not ready until 5:25pm.

Good location with free parking. Very friendly staff on arrival and at breakfast. Room was as expected and breakfast at the next door beefeater was good.

Stayed over on business, so just need a place to sleep, and I must say, the bed was really comfortable. Not a bad sized room, fine for what I needed, and it was very new and modern. The hotel breakfast is served next door at the Beefeater, and the cooked breakfast was cooked to perfection. Excellent and recommend. The hotel is next to a couple of restaurants, and also a Vue cinema.

Very close to railway station with a bridge over rail line. Be aware that the lifts may not work. On arrival was greeted warmly and got into room quickly. We were in the new extension which was at the back looking towards the Wallace monument. Needed a taxi for next morning and reception organized this for us. Whole place was clean, fresh etc. Meal deal was pretty good too. I will be back.

I want to say thank you to the staff who have helped the guests during the 'beast from the east'. I've been in the hotel since 28.2.18, so through the dreadful weather. The staff have been amazing. Gemma in reception has worked hours and hours as others couldn't get in. She was unfailingly cheerful, helpful and pro-active in her work — she made a challenging and uncertain situation bearable. And a massive thank you the guys who opened the restaurant in the mornings so we could have breakfast — and a good breakfast it was! The buffet lunch they provided on 1.3.18 was unexpected, excellent and very welcome! Thank you to you all!

A lovely and warm room, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly and nothing is a bother. Check in was easy and check out just as simple. Very central Premier Inn close to the cinema and restaurants and a short walk away from the city centre and lots of pubs. Highly recommended place to stay.

Beautiful hotel room with stunning view of the river. Super friendly staff, the softest pillows I've ever had at a hotel, and an amazing shower. Also less than ten minutes' walk from the railway station.

This hotel is perfect. Stayed here just before new year 2018 with friends and young children. The hotel is new so everything is in such a good condition. It's perfectly situated as well as its in walking distance to the town centre and train station. There is also a vue cinema across the road as well as frankie and bennys, nandos and of course a beef eater attached to the hotel. My only slight complaint would be that in the rooms they have media input but the USB option didn't work with any of my devices which wasn't great when you have 2 young children to entertain. Staff were great and I would definitely stop again.

It is in the best location close to the train station and town center. Rooms are clean and modern. All staff very friendly.

Stayed here for one night. Very central, comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that in the restaurant for breakfast Capital Radio was playing extremely loudly. Given that the average age of customers was 50+ it did seem that the music was for staff benefit rather that customers. It did spoil our breakfast as we couldn't get out quick enough. No other complaints though.

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Currently has building works going on. But did not cause any problems. Quick booking in. Room was extremely comfortable. Evening meal at attached restaurant was superb. Breakfast was extremely filling. Staff all pleasant and extremely helpful.

There's a car park and easy access to the city centre. I think a one night stay is ample to do everything touristy in Stirling, although it could act as a good base to get the train to Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Nice new hotel. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were perfect. Breakfast is served next door at the beefeater. They have a partnership at the beefeater for evening meals. Ask at reception. Nando's and cinema opposite hotel. 10 minute walk into city centre. Stirling Castle very close. Recommend a stay.

Ideal location for central Scotland visits. Tucked just away from the centre of Stirling behind the train station with ample free parking spaces. This hotel is only about 3 years old and I've used it several times, each time without complaint. The Beefeater bar/restaurant next door is a very modern design, but equally high in standard.

It's a Premier Inn! Pretty much an identical experience to staying in any other Premier Inn ever. Polite staff, clean, uninspiring rooms and breakfast at an adjoined bar/ restaurant. Does what it does.
