Had the most outstanding meal for my birthday… what a treat! would highly recommend and cant wait to work my way through the rest of the menu! 11/10 for the parmigiana!

Great hospitality from Francesca and Stefano; quiet position but only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Callander; comfortable beds with high quality bedding; excellent breakfast and a warm welcoming atmosphere.

We had a such a lovely overnight stay at Lubnaig Guest House. Francesca and Stefano were so welcoming! It was so nice to see their two little girls playing happily in the garden which added to the welcoming atmosphere! We were offered a cup of coffee on arrival and enjoyed a nice chat with Francesca before we were shown to our lovely room! Everything provided for our comfort was to a very high standard, especially the bed and bedding! The cooked breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. We were also very impressed with all the awards they have received! We would not hesitate to book again. Carol and John.

Beautiful guests house, finely decorated, quiet, in the center of a crossroads of forest paths which lead to the heart of the legendary highland. The courtesy, professionalism and kindness of the owners, Stephen&Francesca make this cottage a place precious to an unforgettable holiday.

Great facility! The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious. In the morning, the breakfast was top notch. The hosts were most gracious and helpful.

We went to Scotland in March 2018 and from Stirling Castle, we called an hour before heading out to Lubnaig Guest House based on reviews and pics we found online. The owners, Stefano & Francesca, are totally amazing people and their house gorgeous. We had a beautiful room with views of gardens and a wonderful, delicious breakfast the next morning. Upon arriving, we spent a good hour or so just visiting with the owners. Such good people. We walked to the nearby restaurant/pubs and the scenery cannot be more cute. We ran into various wildlife and local townspeople that help the amphibians ("Toad Patrol") cross the highway to go back to the marshland. The town, Callander, is super cute. I'm sure there will be a future visit, and we will definitely use the Lubnaig Guest House again. Thanks for a great visit!

The 3 of us travelled Scotland for 2 weeks this past September and this beautiful Guest House was such a gem to find. A definite highlight of our trip. What you see on their website (watch the video) is exactly as you will find it. The hosts, Francesca and Stephano went above and beyond to welcome us and to provide all the comforts we could want. We stayed in the coach house off the main building and it was clean, cozy and welcoming. Stephano took care of making reservations for dinner at a nearby restaurant for us. The included breakfast was outstanding. I cannot recommend Lubnaig Guest House enough. I hope to return one day. Thank you!

Francesca and Stefano have developed this Guest House into a first class establishment. Accommodation, food and service are excellent and it makes an ideal base for exploring the attractive surrounding countryside. Highly recommended.

One of the most beautiful guest house I've ever been. Francesca and Stefano made this house a home for everyone and a jewel in a charming place like the Highlands. The rooms are beautiful, large, clean, bright, quiet and full of little lovely details. Delicious (Italian) dinner and rich, healthy, tasty (English) breakfast. Strongly recommended.
