We called into Lough Erne resort today for a light lunch. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Bert the concierge was particularly friendly & helpful & took us on a short tour around the resort grounds. We had a lovely afternoon & I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great bar service in the Blaney bar.

A great hotel, but only if everything goes right for you. During my stay my car was involved in a hit and run causing lots of damage. The hotel said that they had no CCTV footage and there was nothing that they could do for me. The manager refused to even speak to me and sent the message through the receptionist. Absolutely awful service and the not one that you expect after paying a fortune to stay in a 5* hotel.

Fabulous hotel, fantastic services and brilliant staff, stayed here for my hubby's 30th and had a wonderful spa and lovely Dinner & drinks the staff and services are second to none. I would highly recommend staying here.

Been to the resort a few years ago and really enjoyed the experience. This time round I think the place looks very tired, terrible smell in the bar area, service was not as sharp and prices are extortionate. Highly embarrassing situation where a friend had left us a bottle of bubbles in our room for my birthday. The the hotel did not leave a note to say who it was from. We only found out the bubbles were a gift when we were checking out.
Also we had asked for some Buck’s Fizz at breakfast a morning, the reply was sorry we don’t serve alcohol until 12.30pm. In a 5* hotel I thought that this was pretty crap to be honest, it was the morning of my 50th birthday. Will never be back and will spend our hard earned money elsewhere in future.

Loved our afternoon tea, great food and great service in lovely surroundings highly recommended.

The best and most valuable features of the whole resort are the people who take care of all the guests, one big and caring family. A wonderful experience for everyone.

Unreal place, scenery everything… had thee most pleasant stay at this gorgeous hotel at the start of feb and would go back in a heartbeat.

Pretty much everything… Anyone planning a stay I recommend the Lakeside lodge it was perfect. The Thai Spa is also a must, you can’t go with out at least one treatment. The views & walk are pretty cool, photographers heaven Fantastic staff all very helpful. I will definitely return next time for longer Thank you all. I don’t think Sarah at reception will forget us.

Andy is a fantastic waiter, food is amazing nicola at the desk is very friendly and informative! And chris the waiter is also great, fantastic atmosphere really reccomend!

Was in for a lovely back massage on Monday and it was just fantastic Had full use of pool, steam room and sauna Will definitely be back and would highly recommend itAs for the staff! They are just amazing.

We've provided music for many weddings at Lough Erne and not only are the facilities and surrounding amazing but the staff are so friendly and courteous, they cant do enough for you. We're back again this week and look forward to seeing such friendly faces again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Would recommend staying in a lakeview lodge… It was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. The double doors opened up to a gorgeous view. The food in the lough side bar and grill was amazing! I can't wait to return.

Lough Erne resort was an amazing experience, there are fantastic facilities for everyone! The lodges are absolutely huge and perfectly clean. I’d recommend the resort to everyone I know and we’re already planning to go next year after my family’s great experience this week.

Thank you so much for yet again a wonderful stay… We had our wedding here 7 years ago & have stayed a few times after! We were here again yesterday to stay, had the afternoon tea & had a treatment in the spa which was just bliss! Food was amazing like always! Really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here quite a few times now and have always had a good, positive experience. There can be few places in Northern Ireland quite as beautiful as the lakes and from almost every part of this hotel can be had a gorgeous view of some part of them. Just to awake in the mornings, open the curtains a feast your eyes on a vista that could have it's place in a dream, weather dependant of course, but then again the Lough Erne hotel resort lies where beauty exists in all weather conditions. The rooms and service are to an excellent standard. The beds are fantastic, the sheets and bedding clean and fresh, the complimentary products, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and toiletries are all top quality, named products. I hate when it comes time to leave. It probably isn't fair to mention any staff by name as I have found without exception that they are pleasant and helpful. Anne-Marie in the restaurant, thank you so much you made out breakfast experience a highlight of our stay, you are a star!

Had the most amazing stay in a 2 bedroom lodge with my wife and two kids. The lodge was pure luxury and so spacious. The food was top notch and the service was fantastic. The scenery around the resort was beautiful, unfortunately we didnt get to walk around it as it was very wet so we will save that for a later date. Lough Erne Resort is definately worthy of its 5 star rating and hope to have this fantastic experience again.

We were attending a wedding party which was in one of the large function rooms. The hotel is built on the shore of Lower lough Erne and looks superb. It also has a golf course and some nice walks. We had stayed here a few years ago and I recall the room was very comfortable and spacious. The food is good too. A good place for a break and relaxation.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea yesterday the service and staff exceptional, food quality 5great choice menus, definitely will be back for the chocolate afternoon Tea, excellent presentation the best ever service and afternoon Tea experience I / We experienced. One of my companions has experienced many afternoon tea England and Ireland, she could not praise the hotel and staff enough, the relaxed atmosphere and professional team the wonderful views. Well Done definitely worth.

Beautiful hotel with warm, professional staff throughout. We are in the Catalina and Lough Shore grill, both were great. Breakfast was a treat with so many delightful food options. We also had evening aperitifs in the Blaney Bar. Our room was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep on both nights. We also had a boat cruise which was very enjoyable. A walk around the resort is a must with fantastic views of the Lough. While I was at the hotel I celebrated a birthday, Reception arranged for macaroons on a chocolate decorated plate to be left in my room. Also at the Catalina Restaurant on the night of the birthday I received handmade chocolates, again on a chocolate decorated plate. The dining experience was 1st class. The hotel also arranged for flowers to be left in my room. The hotel is close to Enniskillen but I must admit we didn’t leave the resort as there was enough to keep us occupied. For the golfers there are 2 golf courses to play. I am really looking forward to returning to Lough Erne Resort very soon.

Just back from a lovely 2 night stay at Lough Erne Resort. Couldn't say a bad word about it, the grounds are beautiful and the staff/service was brilliant too! Everyone was so friendly and definitely made sure we had the best stay! We stayed in one of the lodges and the whole accommodation was absolutely lovely not to mention the stunning view from the room! We also had a one hour massage (which was incredible) and had full use of the spa facilities which were also absolutely lovely, so relaxing! Will definitely be returning, very pleased with our stay from start to finish!

Took my wife for her birthday for 2 days & my little girl we stayed in one of the lodges & we loved it!
Had our dinner in the Catilina restaurant first night then the golf club the second night food was brilliant in both places.
We used the pool both days it was very good and everything working which was good.
Staff were very attentive all over hotel and looked after us very well
All in all the weather was fantastic which made our stay even more enjoyable, would recommend it to anyone & we will be back again in the near future.

This was the fourth time at this resort. We find the staff where friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is the reason why we go. It has to be the best breakfast we have experienced. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable, especially the ones over looking the lough, a 10 from us.

A wonderful experience all round. Set in an area of outstanding beauty with amazing views, the hotel and the facilities were first class. The staff were very polite and friendly, couldnt have asked for anything more. Cant wait to go back!

My experience of the Lough Erne Resort is that it is one fantastic hotel, they use quality products from breakfast items to the complimentary tea and coffee placed in your room. The beds and bedding are really good quality and just one important point, the bedding, towels etc. Are clean and fresh, very fresh, the rooms are clean and again fresh, (such an important aspect of any stay), we leave the Lough Erne with a heavy heart but with a promise to ourselves that we will return. It isn't really fair to pick one member of staff for special mention as all the staff that we have encountered are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Julie in the restaurant, you are a star, you are a credit to the Lough Erne and the restaurant is a credit to you, thanks, Ray & Gina.

Saved the best till last. Touring Ireland. Had a spa. Amazing breakfast. The Blaney bar great staff. Will stay longer next time.

Such a beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. We stayed here for 2 night. S staff were 1st class and so friendly, food amazing, we shall be back.

Myself and my new Husband had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding here on Easter Monday. And we would like to express our upmost thanks to all the staff throughout the resort, with a particular word of thanks to Michelle our wedding co-ordinator, Rachel our banqueting manager and Laura who was on hand throughout our entire stay. You are all worth your weight in gold! No request was too big or small, and it was true luxury from the moment we arrived, it had a real personal touch and we have many fond memories thanks to you all.

Omg. Stunning views. Amazing food and reasonable prices for a hotel of this rating. Friendly staff, especially Lou our waitress at dinner. She went above and beyond to ensure a perfect evening. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. We will be back.

Thank you to all the staff at the resort for making our 2 night getaway break so memorable. Yes, the rooms are well appointed, yes the location is secluded, peaceful and stunning. Yes, the food in the Catalina Restaurant was amongst the best we have ever tasted. But, what made our stay so perfect was the warm welcome we received from all staff in all areas of the hotel — reception, Chloe in the garden hall, the cleaners and especially in the restaurant with a very special mention to Lou, whose personality is perfect for the hospitality industry. Thank you to all the ladies (and the occasional gent) who made us feel extra special.

Fabulous, fantastic, amazing… I could go on for ever. Food, service, surroundings, staff, comfort, views etc etc all 5star. This is probably my 5-6th time staying here and it never disappoints. Had afternoon tea on this visit and really enjoyed the ginger tea and the delicious pastries. I saw the sign this time that said Lough Erne 'where time stands still' this is a perfect way to describe this place so relaxing. Can't wait to go back again.

Had the most magical experience at Lough Erne today with my two best friends. We were treated, well really how you would hope you might be treated in such a place. Respect to all staff, facilities and stunning surroundings. I hope some day I could go back!

Very nice hotel. Staff and service is excellent, food was delicious and Spa treatments were lovely. I'd have given a 5 star review but for a few very minor things which when you pay 5 star prices you expect.

Stayed here recently with my husband for 2 nights, a gift from my family for my 60 th Birthday. It is a fantastic hotel. Staff so welcoming and helpful. We got an upgrade to a lake view room and a lovely surprise of macaroons on a decorated plate to wish me a Happy Birthday. Food in bar and Catalina Restarant excellent, tasty and beautifully presented. Breakfast lovely. Spa experience great too with excellent massages. Thank you.

This is a special place. The scenery is spectacular. The golf course is one of the best I've played anywhere, designed by Nick Faldo. The food is amazing. And the exterior and interior are beautiful. It's surprisingly good value too considering it's a spectacular visit.

Excellent international standard 5* hotel. The setting beside Lough Erne makes this a very special place to stay. Breakfast in Catalina restaurant very high quality with great choice buffet and great local menu items such as duck egg omelette. Dinner was world class, one of the best meals we've had. Try the chef's pork special, and also unique curry wheaten bread. Room was excellent — ask for a lake view if possible. Highly recommended, and we'll be back.

Wonderful place to stay. We had a lovely room in a lodge. The bed was amazingly comfortable and there was a great roll-top bath. Beautiful setting and we had a very pleasant walk around the golf course (although we're not golfers ourselves). Really nice spa here as well. We made good use of the pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub.

Lough Erne is a very lovely place to spend a few days. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities. We never heard any noise from another room. The staff could not be more helpful. The food in both The Catalina and The Grill are delicious. If you are a golfer, this is the place to go.

Just back from a night away in Lough Erne resort. We stayed in room 128, every staff member said it said their favourite! Wrap around window suite! Hotel kept exceptionally well. Staff super friendly. Food is exquisite. Great cocktails, I tried whiskey sour and mojito! Thermal suite and spa are very well kept and pool is really nice. Grounds are kept very well and staff can be seen throughout constantly maintaining it. We found it hard to find fault. Superb hotel. Can't wait to stay again.

Great golf location and genuine golf mecca, but not quite up to former glory. Greens not up to the standard of a tournament course. Condition otherwise is very good. Bunkers are tournament standard. I would recommend one visit here at least. It is one of the most stunning locations. Course has great mix of easy and hard holes. Hotel stand gas dropped to below 4 star. I wasn't here for hotel though. Just two days golf.

The staff were so attentive and lovely, credit to the resort! the room was beautiful and well kept! we ate in the bar for lunch and the Catalina restaurant for dinner! both times we have great tasting food with excellent views of the lough! the spa facilities were also excellent, although booked up very quickly! the pool and sauna were also lovely! a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic service, lovely grounds. Room was very clean and the double bath jacuzzi would have been nice but it didn't work despite getting out of it and asking for someone to try to fix it. The spa treatments were nice and relaxing. The food in the bar was tasty. I would go again but ill need to save up.
