The staff member who welcomed us was very friendly. Room was basic (all we needed) but I think the decor needs bringing up to date. The en-suite shower room was nice enough but as there was a full length glass door, it needs a blind up! Even frosted glass doesn't keep any privacy. (Room 8) We had workmen outside the door just minutes after the shower being used. Great bus route with regular buses to the heart of the city. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get.

Lady that met us was fantastic ever so polite, our room was clean and bed was very comfy. Shower was fantastic. Great location would defo stay again.

Maybe I'm harsh but a bit short in my view for 3 stars. Uncomfortable and squeaky bed. Bathroom cleaning standards could be a bit better. Mould. Need to pay £3 for Wi-Fi access code… I look after my money but next time I'd be probably willing to go somewhere else even if I had to pay extra. Could I call it a budget accommodation? Yes. Could I find the description online reflecting the standard of it? Not so sure Would I stay there again? Not for £77
