Very noisy due to the tram stations. Sounds like staying in the tunnel. Will used to it after two days. But not favourable.

Great service, good price, good location and good size space. Appliances are a bit outdated and the place isn't as looked after as a hotel room, but overall it offers great value.

I stayed in a single bedroom apartment, which is just big enough for 1 person, but not more. There is no lift in the 3 storey building and also there is no reception. Reception for these apartments are 5-7 mins walk from this place. So I wouldn't suggest it for someone who might have a lot of luggage. Apart from this, everything is fine about this place. It is situated nearby to the haymarket bus/tram stop and has quite a lot of eating places around. Everything that you could require on daily basis e. G. Hair dryer, iron, microwave, washing machine etc is provided.

Unexpensive hotel, maybe more of just beds.

If you arrive early, be prepared to wait till 3pm. You have to report to their office which is 3-5 mins away, but if you have luggage, it becomes quite a trouble. The Appartment was neat & clean. We got a room in the third floor and we had to haul the luggage up. There's no lift. Room No. 26 does not have a road view. The heater was not functioning initially. A couple of calls were needed to fix it. The appartment is a good 20-25 mins walk from royal mile.

Spacious apartment with a room and bathroom acceptable. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, dining area and living room with sofa bed. However, the cleanliness was insufficient. The deteriorating condition of the couch, pitiful.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Wasn't thrilled. I was given a basement apartment that was nestled in with the staff room and storage. If it had been for more than one night, I'd have asked to be moved.

Cheap, budget self-catering accommodation available all over the city.

Well presented one bedroom apartment near the city centre. Well equipped kitchen with hot plates, microwave, mini refrigerator, oven, dish washer, washing machine cum dryer and cutlery. Room also has TV, iron, Sofa, table and free high speed wi fi. House keeping is responsive and keep room clean. Many good eating places in close proximity. All the city attractions are walkable. Good public transport connections. Only glitch is there is no elevator so if you happen to be on 3rd floor with heavy luggage it can be quite a task. Also Morrison street apartment does not have reception. You need to go to groove street for that.

Very spacious, luxurios apartments that are still affordable. Completely equipped, working Wi-Fi. Lack of breakfast is the only reason why one would prefer a standad hotel (not much a problem as there are plenty of coffee shops around).

Nice apartments and a helpful reception.

The reception is in another place without provide us a useful post code which makes it not so easy to find that reception. The apartment generally fine.

5 minutes from Haymarket train station and tram stop. A little run down, and no lift.
