Great place, nice staff, clean rooms.

Absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The welcome I got was amazing. Not to mention the efforts from the staff who made my stay more enjoyable by the surprise waiting in my room. My fiancé called and informed staff it was my birthday so they went above and beyond to make sure I felt special. Thanks again. We plan to return again next year.

Best Hotel we ever stayed in and we stay in a few gr8 staff … gr8 food and comfy n massive rooms.

First time being back in Edinburgh since covid with my husband, hotel was lovely and staff were helpful to. Good bus service and lovely area to go for a walk around the grounds we will definitely be back to stay.

Such a lovely hotel, rooms great and staff very helpful and super friendly … would stay again.

We had a groupon for some Pilot beers and some food, we were given out of date beer and some stale sandwiches, The sandwiches were like leftovers from lunchtime meetings, we had been for the same deal in the summer and it was excellent with a good finger food snack selection and in date beers, extremely disappointed this time, not worth going to.

Fantastic to hear staff actively challenge guests to wear masks! . Rooms spotless. Showers hot, powerful and awesome. Food quick and good quality. What’s not to like? Oh and Scottish Rugby squad, football squad and even the mens teams too. Heaven.

Great stay here with my husband for our anniversary from the min we arrived until we left staff where fantastic very friendly gave great service food was fantastic would highly recommend this hotel the room was lovely and very quiet with a great view.

Lovely stay, breakfast staff very helpful even when busy. Felt very “Covid safe” room s are beautiful, spacious, comfortable and very clean.

Stayed in January for 1 night when we’d to travel for an essential reason. (My dog had an operation at the vets school which is around 15/20 mins drive away). Reception is lovely and modern, would love to return when the bar is open to sit and relax there. Rooms are clean, bed very comfy. Fridge atm is empty due to covid which was fab because we’d taken some sandwiches to reduce our contact with ppl so we’re able to keep them in there.
We’d dinner and breakfast too in the hotel (see attached photos), which is delivered to your room at the moment and enjoyed it.
I’ve also included a photo of my pug, the reason for our travel/stay! He’s recovered well ❤️

We went for lunch today and the staff were superb. First time I have eaten out since lock down and was a bit nervous about being inside but the restaurant is very spacious and no one sat anywhere near us so that was nice. Will definitely be back again soon.

Had a lovely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh west. Rooms were great, very comfy bed. Staff were lovely. Great breakfast. It's a bit out of the centre of Edinburgh but the bus/tram pass is great and plenty of bus route options.

Nice hotel, no complaints what's so ever. Soo quiet you could hear a pin drop. Would definitely book again.

There was a few hiccups but not really down to the staff but other guests staying They were attentive and helpful place was immaculate rooms were lovely staff friendly and helpful breakfast was lovely.

Stayed here for husband's birthday and couldn't fault it in anyway. Lge spacious rooms and spotless throughout. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Defo stay again.

Great service and food full service restaurant. Everyone was very helpful when we asked questions. Cabs or taxis were very prompt and they have city buses that are right next to hotel. It took some getting use to having to put room card in the holder to have electricity in room. Comfortable better sitting chair is all I would recommend.

Very friendly welcome at the hotel and very easy to find. Great value for money at this hotel. Bar is lovely and you can get cocktails. Would defiantly stay again when visit this area.

A bit out of the centre but the rooms, breakfast, cocktails and staff are great. Will stay here again definitely.
