For every visit to Edinburgh, we will surely book at Fraser Suites, especially if we are greeted by their amazing concierge, Kevin Johnston. From the moment we arrived, Kevin showcased a display of Superior Customer Service, the likes of which this group of world travelers has never seen before. Kevin made our stay truly memorable and should be held as the example of what every person should strive to attain: perfection at one’s profession. Any and every request was met with …a personal touch and recommendation (usually Kevin would spring to the phone to make a call, reservation, etc. Or even walk you out of the hotel and physically point you in the right direction of your destination). This trip, being the occasion of our wedding, we had quite a few requests. Traveling from our home in California to visit Scotland for the first time, we were understandably nervous about many a detail on our trip. Kevin put every concern to ease immediately. If there was a problem, Kevin was there to fix it, and he did. He even offered his personal mobile number at checkout just to ensure the rest of our trip (wedding included) went off without a hitch. I am glad to say we did use him mobile and now two weeks after our nuptials (and back home) we are still in contact with him for last minute details, recommendations, and gratitude. Again, one cannot say enough about this young man who will undoubtably be a major success no matter what his endeavor. Highly recommend Fraser Suites while staying in Edinburgh. It is a perfect location. Quite. Comfy. Cozy. Upon our return to Scotland, we will gladly book here again, but only if Kevin Johnston is our man at the concierge stand. Thank you, Kevin.
