I have just experienced the best hen weekend! The staff were amazing, helpful and kind! The rooms are beautiful and very stylish.
Would highly recommend staying here for a weekend or a hen!

Nice size rooms and comfy beds. But no lift and tough walk if on top floor.

Highly recommended spotless clean friendly receptionist got into our room early which was stunning with the court yard outside the room will be back.

Best place to stay in Edinburgh.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The nicest place one could stay in Edinburgh.

Enjoyed staying in the suite with the courtyard access. The room was huge. Very clean. But I didn’t like that there were no deadbolts on the door. I also had an issue with the automated air freshener which kept going off all night and sounded like someone was brutally screaming. The walls are also very thin. Was woken up by someone else’s baby crying and it sounded like the baby was in my room. Although the location is prime, it was a bit noisy.

The room is just lovely and only a 12 minute walk from the train station. Wi-Fi is flawless and their TV has Netflix UK! 5 stars for that. I don't mind the walk to the top via the narrow winding staircase. Found a couple of places to plug in our cell phones for charging, next to the microwave and armoire. 4 stars for that (but I would still likely rate it as 5 stars). There is no 24 hour front desk, so no one to complain to as a bunch of loud, inconsiderate, drunk people stumble in to the room next door (possibly #12) at 3:27 am on a Saturday night, struggle to remember their door code at least 11 times, open and slam their door 21 times, whistle and yell in the hallway, are still awake and chatty after 6 am. Why count sheep when there's plenty of other things to keep track of? Going to be an interesting walk to the Castle on 4 hours of sleep this morning. 3 stars for that.

Great size room, right in the heart of Edinburgh. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic apartments close to everything. Only problem was no rollaway bed available for our toddler. Still gets 5 stars as staff were great and rooms fantastic. Will use again.

Apartment was nice, bed really comfy and a great location, but if your staying in apartment 1 make sure you can sleep through any noise! At 4/5 in the morning me and my other half got woken up to banging out side, looked out side the window too this guy throwing bags or something in to a door outside opposite our apartment, in the black doors this went on for about 30mins to an hour. They just didn’t care people were sleeping could here them talking and throughing bags in, then come morning you could hear the cleaners so a very disturbing sleep. When checking out we never got asked how was your stay, they just handed a car park discount as I asked.

Lovely decoration, clean with a kitchen (microwave oven). The studio had also access to a secluded patio, which I can imagine it being lovely in good weather. Near Princes Street and good restaurants and shops.

5 of us stayed in an apartment last night. Apartment was nice, location very good. Disappointed however as we paid for an apartment and none of us were able to sleep due to the ridiculous noise from the apartment upstairs which continued from before midnight until after 8am. Not just noise you would expect of a party, there was extreme noise which could only be described as furniture being dragged around for the whole night. Not enjoyable at all. Reported this morning and all we were given was a sorry. No attempts to rectifying or even deal with the issue. Disappointing end to our break.

Was okay, would have described it as a bedsit rather than an apartment. Was warm, which when there's 5 inches of snow and feels like minus 10 outside was pretty important. Good location, right near most of what you'd want on Princes Street.

Really great place. The room is great and luxurious at a very good price.

Great location but found the room disappointing. While it was clean and spacious it had a draught old window and was noisy due to loud humming noise coming from the roof area. We stayed in room 12, 3 steep flight of stairs to the top.

Booked for a solo visit to Edinburgh (my third time here) and was impressed from the minute I walked in the door. The garden suite I had is in the basement of a Georgian townhouse and with a kitchenette, French doors onto a small courtyard and a small but well kitted out bathroom (epic power shower). Rooms made up perfectly every day. Close to all the things you will want to see, loads of good restaurants on the doorstep. Private and comfortable. My only confusion is around the seating in the courtyard… only two rooms have access to it but there is seating for about 20 people which makes it a little cluttered. That is not a criticism, because I would be hard pushed to find any negatives about this accommodation. Loved it. Thanks.

If anyone is looking at staying somewhere in Edinburgh then this is the place to go! We stayed for one night everything was amazing from the decor and rooms to the staff (who are super friendly and very welcoming the rooms are also in immaculate condition)
Prices are amazing you also get Wi-Fi which is a bonus. The apartments our pretty much in the middle of Princess Street so everything you could ever want is right on your doorstep. Will definitely be back hopefully next time it will be for two nights! Thanks again Danielle & Dean Lawrie.

Great location! Beautiful room.

Absolutely fantastic apartment for the price. Great value, great service at the check in room was immaculate. Finished to a very high standard even had a garden in the suite for sitting out in the nice nights. Honestly could not fault it at all. They do a breakfast across the road in the Thai restaurant which is optional in the room price which we took the food was exceptional quality but I would have liked a more traditional Scottish breakfast… square sausage.

You could spend the whole day here and still have lots to see. The restaurant on the ground floor was great.

Close enough to the night life without being on a busy/noisey street, but also walking distance from all the touristy bits. My only complaint, and it is a very very small one, is no door on the second bedroom (you do get privacy curtains though. All in all, very clean apartment and very quiet at night.

It is in the central of Edinburgh also its quite modern and posh. Excellent.

Beautiful castle, quite well preserved and with a great story behind it. It is worth visiting and observing the wonderful views of the city.

It is Scotland's most visited attraction, so little else can be said. Its construction, its views and its different areas to see make it a very pleasant attraction and an indispensable in Edinburgh. You'll need a minimum of 2 hours to see it calmly. I recommend buying tickets online to save queues. At 13 hours there is a cannon every day except Sundays. You'll like it. It's worth a lot.

Must See! Tip: Explorer pass with fast Track entry saves time and money! Family pass 7 in 14 days for 95 euro.

The place is beautiful, indispensable visit of the city. Still, we did not get to see the castle inside as the price of the entrance was extremely expensive (17 lbs aprox. ) Too bad this kind of cultural stuff costs so much money.

A nice walk to get to the castle and a very good visit. I recommend guided tours, which are free and seen the price of the entrance, is compréhensible. It is very well preserved and it is very easy to imagine the life of the time.

Very impressive, 13 o'clock cannon a must. Tickets relatively expensive and longer waiting time. Therefore order Membercard online. Otherwise a great experience.

One of the highlights of Edinburgh. You shouldn't miss it. It is worth buying the tickets online to avoid the long queues in the queue.

Very hard to save under the old organization, worth a tour, the condescending views of the entire city, really beautiful.

Don't forget to carry a thick jacket against the Cold, the mountain air temperature is very low.
Near Edinburgh, there are many delicious and not too expensive personality 攴 Office, service attitude is very warm, the Englishman, whether male or female, most gentle and generous smile Ying Ying, visiting tired may be saturated 攴 1 meal, full of warm and freehand.

Amazing apartment, it's beautiful and it has everything you can ask — full kitchen, flat screen TV, location, some of the rooms even have a private balcony — planty of space and a good price also.

Very well preserved castle with many interesting buildings. Sometimes long queues at the checkout.
It is advisable to schedule a visit for at least 2 hours, but you can spend a whole day here without getting bored. One of the rooms is equipped with well-made multimedia presentations to make the historical atmosphere tangible.

The castle is very good, the guide books don't have to buy, too heavy, the voice tour make sure to borrow, the content is very rich, contribute to the castle and Ireland understanding. Up the hill more clothes, to take a good poncho, otherwise, encounter rainy days is dehumanizing.
