Work here many times being a wedding photographer. Always a well run day for all brides and grooms. So many places for amazing images to be taken, always a pleasure being back.

Myself and my now Husband visited a few venues for our wedding and peterstone came up trumps! With a very relax atmosphere, to beautiful Manor House and backdrop. from the moment we were welcomed through the door with our children we knew it was the one. the wedding planning process has been so easy with the help of the wonderful Suzanne and team. Our wedding itself was held on Monday 11th April and it was the best day helped by the brilliant staff amazing food with the feeling of very much being at home. we have already to planned to revisit for our 1st anniversary and a family afternoon tea later this year. To anyone that is thinking of viewing this amazing venue do so. Thank you Peterstone team for making our day amazing! see you soon xxx.

We had our wedding at Peterstone on the 19th of December 2021 and I cannot express how amazing the team at peterstone were! Suzanne and her team were wonderful. All highly professional and so organised! My husband and I felt so relaxed thought the day knowing that we were in good hands. The venue looked absolutely stunning with all the classy Christmas decorations, we had so many compliments from out guests of how beautiful the place looked! The food was spectacular as usual! I highly recommend the beef… So succulent and cooked to perfection! Thank you so much for making our day so magical and everything we had dreamed of! We'll see you soon for a Sunday roast! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds and views are stunning and we were treated to one of the best breaks we have ever experienced. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our dining experience was divine with amazing food and service. The decor really adds to the experience. It's a grade II listed building with a class of its own.

Our go to place for a romantic getaway. Fantastic staff who go the extra mile to ensure you feel special, amazing chef and food. As soon as you walk through the main door the atmosphere and decor instantly ease you into the country way of life… after a hard day you unwind and relax. Thank you for another lovely stay. Everything! We have stayed here a number of times to escape the daily chaos that our everyday life brings us. So this is the perfect romantic get away. It’s an amazing hotel and food and staff are definitely 5 star! Views are amazing and rooms are large and comfortable… can’t wait for my next visit!

INCREDIBLE! Peterstone is a beautiful venue and from an aesthetic point of view you couldn't ask for anything more with wonderful views and beautifully maintained grounds… But the people make Peterstone different to any other venue! They cannot do enough for you and could not be more helpful! As soon as you walk in, there is an inviting atmosphere and you are put at ease straight away… We had been looking at Peterstone as a wedding venue for a long time but were unable to arrange a viewing due to Covid Guidelines. As soon as we registered our interest Suzanne set aside some time to give us a call (within a couple of hours! ) answered any questions we had and gave us an idea of what to expect. After the initial conversation she then sent us regular updates by email, again answering any questions we had along the way… We had a few! Finally, we were able to arrange a viewing and Suzanne stayed behind on a weekend to give us a tour of the grounds and to have a chat with us about the venue, what options we have, to ask what we wanted from our wedding and what packages were available to us. Even on a weekend it was like she had all the time in the world to speak to us! We are absolutely delighted with our choice of venue and cannot wait for the big day to arrive! Massive thanks to Suzanne and her colleagues for all of their help and guidance and we look forward to popping in for a coffee with all the family in the near future.

Fabulous hotel and spa in the most beautiful surroundings, spa treatments were phenomenal, Food absolutely gorgeous.

Just had afternoon tea, loads of lovely treats, had to bring some home as we were full to the brim. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were so lovely. Higy reccomend xx.

Superb spa treatments and Elen the spa manager/therapist was so kind, professional and polite. The spa was spotless, as expected in the uncertain times (covid). On the phone to book the treatments, she was thorough and had a great wealth of knowledge. I have had many massages and am usually disappointed, Elen is a great therapist and worked on all my knots while providing pure relaxation throughout! I will 100% be back to Peterstone for more! Thank you so much Elen, you go above and beyond for your clients and everyone is lucky to have you! The grounds and building are great also!

Afternoon tea not as nice on my second visit the vegan option was disappointing no vegan and cream scones as stated on their website, bread was dry on the finger sandwiches, plus the filling was awful, Won't be going there again.

So. I attended the Gym Facility within Peterstone Court this afternoon. To begin with I was actually quite happy with what I saw. I. E the Jacuzzi. I didn't last longer than 30 minutes in the Gym due to the fact of the poor upkeep. And lack of attention to the machines. Absolutely disgusting for £36 a month. When ill be only using the gym. This Facility needs serious attention! Maybe then I will attend. As for now very let down customer.

After wanting to visit and stay at Peterson Court my partner surprised me for my birthday, with a two night stay. The venue didn't disappoint, from the room, food and staff, I thoroughly enjoyed, including a surprise glass of fizz from the staff for my birthday. Staff are extremely welcoming and the venue top notch for anyone seeking a break in the brecon beacons to either relax and unwind or to do some walking you couldn't find a better venue.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent vue… Croissant was the best I ate in uk since I arrive 20 years ago and brought me back childhood memories as a french person it means a lot!

A Fantastic wedding venue.

Having spent a fantastic two nights at Peterstone Court for my sister and brother in laws wedding on the 15th December, I would like to sincerely thank Suzanne and all the staff at Peterstone who made their day so incredibly special. The atmosphere was magical with the Christmas trees and decorations almost stealing the brides limelight! The staff were so friendly and attentive and the food and service was absolutely phenomenal! Every single plate came out piping hot for breakfast, lunch and dinner, always a good sign of great service! Huge thank you to all involved, I can’t wait to come back with friends in the New Year to sample your afternoon tea! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Peterstone Court, you gave me some very special memories to look back on, for which I will always be very grateful. Thank you all very much.

Stayed this week for 3 days the staff are to be complemented so friendly the food was great even had vegan dishes on menu with our asking and the rooms wow! Thanks Peterstone.

The staff at both the spa & in the venues itself weee amazing it was however the owner Glyn who was the arrogant owner with obvious little man syndrome who was the problem. What a vile little man he is, it's no wonder All his establishments are going down hill at a very rapid rate with him over seeing things. Spoke to is disgustingly because we went to speak to him about spa facilities that we paid for not only being out of use but being damn right dangerous but all he could do was argue with us then tell us we were making a scene! Here we're at least 3 other parties there with the same issue, it was however his disgusting attitude that made us take our complaint further and leave this bad feedback… this is not how you expect owners to treat paying customers! Truly shocking. The rest of the staff however are very nice it's just a shame Glyn spoils this!

Friends and I booked a half-day spa day which ended up taking about 6 hours due to only two staff in the spa, so make sure you have plenty of time to faff about; it could be amazing but in actuality it's pretty average. Raised it with management who didn't seem that interested.

The staff are so welcoming and the service is excellent, the food is wonderful and extremely good value for money, a beautiful Hotel, well recommended.

Ok setting, but food is very average, slow and limited. You try to rush the service but they just work at their own speed without a care in the world. You wonder how many people they have in their kitchen. Is it a one man job?

After a fantastic time in Brecon Beacons my family wanted to end it on something special and decided to go to Peterstone Court. This was as far as possible from special. It was simply mediocre (and inedible) food and slow service. Terrible communication skills and lack of customer empathy. The servers were good but the manager was just terrible. For a hotel restaurant you would expect they would have the experience and quality to deal with a large group. We were a group of 14. Ten of us ordered the same starters and mains from quite a limited set menu, still they managed to get it wrong. So wrong Starters took around 40 minutes to come, so do not come hungry. Mains then came after another 40 minutes or so 10 steaks, 2 pork trios and kids meals. 9 or 10 of the rumps steaks were burnt. Not just around the edges but burnt all over and not just grill lines. We were advised by the Manager it was because it was charcoal grill but it was the definition of a badly cooked burnt steak. The only steak which was edible was a steak cooked to rare which would explain why it was not burnt like the other medium-rare steaks. After consultation with the kitchen the Manager advised she would re-do the steaks if we wanted. We would not give a restaurant who cannot cook a steak a 2nd chance so we decided to go for pork trio and seafood selection.

Guest at a family wedding, situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, views from the terrace were magnificent, thankfully the weather was kind to us. The food at the reception was very nice. Very enjoyable day.
