What a great place run by great people who go above and beyond everytime you visit been are second visit of the year and we loved it will be back next year 😀

Welcoming reception and always did everything they could to please us, though nothing was really needed the service was excellent as was the breakfast.

Wonderful welcoming Owners and staff. Rooms are lovely and clean. Great bar service. We came for a relaxing weekend and couldn’t have wished for a better time. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️xx.

Just arrived home after a wonderful few days away.
We can't recommend this lovely hotel highly enough. We felt really safe as they have great covid protocols in place. Chris and Steven are lovely hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was lovely, clean and airy and the sea view was just beautiful. 10/10 … would deffo recommend 👌

We have throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning, the service was first class, Chris and Steven were so friendly and lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them both, wonderful few days away.

Had a week here. Steven and Chris are the perfect hosts. We had to change the booking twice due to covid but it wasn’t any trouble for them. Breakfasts are lovely plenty of choice. We booked evening meals some nights all well cooked and really tasty. Hopefully will go back in the future x.

The hosts make this place spectacular! Their breakfasts, rooms, evening meals… all outstanding but made extra special because of the hosts.
We've lost count of how many times we've visited, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Swn-y-Mor hotel & we will definitely be going back. Excellent service, very clean hotel with a warm & friendly atmosphere. You felt very relaxed as soon as you came through the front door. High standard of meals served up with a traditional feel to the menu & a good selection of beverages to accompany your meal. Would recommend people to deal with the lovely Chris & Steve direct as opposed to through booking. Com etc… you will have a better experience all round. Cant praise this hotel & staff enough, its is exactly what you need when staying in Llandudno.

Just got home from a lovely 3 night stay.
Very friendly and helpful hosts, excellent breakfast.

The guys that own it are very helpful the place it's self is very clean beds are comfortable and food is good aswell what more could you ask for.

Brilliant hosts made you feel very welcome. It was like visiting someones home not a hotel. Lovely breakfast nothing was to much trouble. Great chouce at breakfast something for everyone. Room was clean and tidy with TV and hair dryer and tea and coffee with option to have drinks in your room.

Fantastic hotel and hosts the guys run the hotel flawlessly. Comfy bed, lovely sea view and a brilliant breakfast that keeps you going most of the day. This was my second visit and there will be more, highly recommended. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Really nice hotel on the sea front in Llandudno with very polite and accommodating staff. Rooms not done in the most modern style but better than most in the town.

My wife and I have enjoyed our first visit to this lovely hotel. This friendly hotel is run by two guys Chris and Steve who ensure your stay is a happy experience. The hotel is not over the top posh its clean and the rooms all have all the facilities you would expect. The breakfast is second to none and is flexible to your own taste. We decided to test out their evening meal over a couple of nights and again found as was the breakfast beautifully prepared. There were also choices of reasonable priced red and White wines that were refreshing on the palate. We would definitely recommend this friendly welcoming establishment.

Located on the seafront, we received a warm welcome from Chris and Steve. The rooms are lovely, well furnished and very clean. Bathrooms are modern too. Breakfast is locally sourced and delicious. Evening meals are available, and highly recommended. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else now.

The Staff were Brilliant, Views are absolutely amazing and the room's are brilliant. Well presented with no issues at all. Would 100% Stay here again.

Our room was very clean, comfortable with wonderful sea view, had everything you need. Bathroom was clean and amazing. We ordered the traditional breakfast, it was Good and fresh. Friendly, attentive staff — Chris, was very helpful, greeted us a warmed and welcoming way. Good value. Will definitely be going back and recommended to friends and relatives.

We have stayed in many of the hotels in Llandudno. From B@B to some of the larger expensive types. All of in their own way we're lovely. However, as be a birthday gift from my lovely hubby we arrived Friday. Chris greeted us in a warm, relaxed and welcoming way. From that mnute we were hooked. Friendly, attentive (without being over bearing) staff. Our clean and comfortable room with it's wonderful Seaview had everything you need. Bathroom was amazing. We slept soundly on both nights. Well done to Steve who cooked a very fresh, cooked to order traditional breakfast. Chris in front of house makes you feel like a friend. This is one hotel without question when we visit Llandudno again we would look forward to booking direct and staying there.

Fabulous. Chris and Steve are excellent hosts and run a lovely immaculately clean hotel in the best location with sea views. When booking make sure you include the breakfast as they are outstanding. Would highly recommend this Hotel and will definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work boys and don't forget to look us up when in Blackpool :-)

Stayed over the May bank holiday with my hubby lovely hotel Chris and Steve are both lovely made us feel very welcome. Booked directed with the hotel had a lovely sea view from our 3rd floor bedroom ensuit room was lovely and clean extra special to find a box of chocolates waiting for us plus tea coffee and even hot chocolate in the room. Will defiantly be going back already recommended to friends and family. Food was lovely too even for someone as fussy as me.

I'm a bit late writing this review, because I forgot! But now I remember I've just got to write one. Me and my Wife stayed here at the start of September, and found it to be a very good hotel, it was clean and the room was clean. The only negatives I can add is we stayed in the 3rd floor room and there is no lift, so it was a bit of a climb, and the view from the top floor rooms is great, albeit a small window from the roof, so you need to stand. Apart from that its a very nice hotel and we would stay here again. The cooked breakfast was a 5 out of 5, really nice, and the couple who run it are very friendly and very helpful. All in all a great place to stay.

Got a single room which had reasonably small. Good layout and normal service. Parking is a hassle.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, 4th and 5th of November with my partner to celebrate the fact that we have been together for 10 years, and wow, what can I say, so warm and welcoming with a lovely atmosphere :) the whole place is spotlessly clean. The owners go that extra mile and are very friendly and professional. We had a lovely sea view room, and also a nice sea view table for breakfast. The breakfast was just the best. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough everything 110% would definitly stay here again!
