Excellent time at Karden Guest House Good Night Sleep breakfast was ace and staff was ace me and my Brother love this Guest House its clean well look after as my Brother has used hear before nothing was too much to ask.

What a loveky, friendly Hotel, clean & what a great breakfast… fab owner & staff ;-) xx c u in December xx.

Second time been here alwaya clean an tidy food very good.

Great location, walking distance to local shops and retail outlets. No dedicated car parking space however there is parking on the street with no restrictions. Plenty of choice for Breakfast. Rooms are ok, free Wi-Fi on every floor. Found the shower a bit difficult to us. Great host. I would stay again.

Great location. No car parking though, so pot luck in the street for a space but no restrictions. Really good breakfast, plenty of choice. Comfy room, but could do with a bit of tlc. Even so, I would go back no problem. Ps. Janet, the owner is brill.

Excellent place to stay for short break Grub superb, rooms traditional but very cleanaand well maintained. Janet is a fiine host. Very close to all amenities Llandudno has to offer.

Friendly owner and clean spacious room in an excellent location close to shops and the front. Quiet house policy after 9.30 so no noise when trying to sleep. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Just spent a lovely 2 nights in this superb B&B. Janet is so friendly and helpful. Her large Victorian house has 10 rooms to let. Very clean witb a great choice for breakfast. Inc. Fruit, cereal etc. Extremely competitive price. It's in a quiet location near all amenities. Warm homely and highly recommended. We will return. X.

Lovely hotel very good value.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed staying in this place very friendly staff upon arrival gave us our key and showed us too our room. The room was very clean not ounce of dust nor dirt no where. Bed was very comfortable and TV too watch and great shower and plenty tea coffee sugar and milk avalible. Even better was the full English breakfast really nice and warm and tastey and got plenty too and staff serving food nice polite and very helpfull. Trainstation 10mins away and plenty shops and places too eat so great place too stay and good place too visit Llandudno. 10 out of 10 karden house well worth staying in top marks this place.

Lovely woman runs the hotel. Great condition rooms. Lovely decor etc, nice breakfast, tea coffee etc. Perfect location right next to train station and not far from the pier. And very good price. I'd happily stay again.

What a Fantastic weekend we have spent here. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this lovely guest house to stay in if you want home from home comforts. En-suite rooms with double and twin singles. Excellent full "Welsh" breakfast with plenty toast and cereal and fruit if your feeling hungry. Walking distance to sea and town. Thank you Janet, hope to come and stay again in the summer next time. — xx.

What amazing place, nothing is to much trouble, breakfast is plenty there is all so fruit toast fruit juice, very clean place, well done.

Best b&b you'll ever stay in. It feels more like a hotel. Great attention to detail and cleanliness. Good choice of starters before your cooked breakfast. And very good value for money. Can't fault it.

This place is perfect! Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough to be quiet, lovely rooms with safe, hairdryer, flat screen free view tv, tea and coffee things and a quiet house after half nine! Children are welcome we have taken all of ours and they love it as much as us! No same sex groups are allowed so no stags our hens thank god. The food is fantastic and lots of it and all for £27 a night each, if you find something wrong with this place you need to go and get your bumps felt as you must have something wrong in the head! I love this place lol.

I cannot stress how pleasant our stay at Karden House was. The reason we booked here was the tremendous value as we hadn't stayed here before but I can definately say I would stay again. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious and stylish with everything we need. The couple that run the guest house are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Finally, the Full English in a morning was amazing and so filling we even skipped lunch. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone.
