Just had a lovely stay at events everyone was so helpful from the hotel staff management nothing was to much trouble they all went above and beyond to make our stay lovely will recommend this hotel to everyone and will be going back.

First time in coming to Wales and stayed in this warm, friendly family run hotel. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast and evening meals were filling.

Very helpful staff all round. My daughter needed a safety pin, the receptionist went home in her lunch break and brought one back for her. Later on when retrieving her room key she noticed the safety pin had been sellotaped to it How thoughtful was that!

Great place to visit very welcoming.

On arrival was greeted by very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Found room quirky hallways with little stairways leading to different hallways but a lift and rooms available for people with disabilities the hotel is decorated to a good standard and is very clean breakfast was very nice a bit regimented but all the staff are polite and freindly. Nice bar reasonable choice on street parking was busy during day parked on station for £2 then on to street after 6pm when it was quiet would return.

Spent four nights here in May. Lovely hotel and the staff were fantastic. They really went the extra mile to make certain all the guests had a fabulous holiday.

Lovely food great staff and perfectly positioned hotel. Returned a month on and you cant improve on perfection. A warm welcome from peter and is excellent staff. An ideal place to base a north wales holiday. The seafront is beautiful and all shops are a few minutes walk away. There are stunning views of the mountains. It is literaly a couple of hundred yards from the train station too. Id give it more stars if there were any to give. Ronnie Day coach driver watersons coaches.

Well where do I start, I’m a coach driver first time at this hotel, and straight away holiday got off to a great start for my 51 passengers, there suitcases were taken in and delivered to there rooms fantastic, the food was fantastic with plenty of choices, entertainment every night rooms serviced daily smallish rooms but spotless, good seating outside one for smokers, but what made my pax holiday was the waiting staff who are superb, three coaches in and coped fantastically, a big credit to hotel, did get a few comments about lady who gave out keys about not being friendly, oh and bar staff fab as well, would easily recommend the Evans hotel to anyone, keep up the good work guys.

Amazing stay. Staff are incredibly helpfull and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a nice stay. Rooms are big with very comfy beds. The food is fantastic. Excellent menu and the food presentation is top notch. I have stayed at the Evan's hotel twice and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend a stay here!

We were at the hotel from 14 to 18 August. All the staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean, meals were great and our Polish waitress was the best ever.
