Wonderful hosts, great breakfast, good room, fab location.

Lovely people and really nice clean, comfortable accommodation. Very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants/pubs.

Excellent service and excellent facilities and greet value for money.

What lovely people who run this place! The breakfast was so tasty and you could alter what breakfast you wanted each day by leaving a note on the whiteboard in the reception area. The room was simple but clean and with really pretty decorations. Just a note, we were on the very top floor. A lot of stairs so anyone with mobility issues would not be able to access the higher floors (I'm not 100% sure if there is a ground floor). A beautiful place and a perfect location. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely Guest House, nice and clean, breakfast brilliant. Hosts Shelly and Ian are lovely nothing to much trouble.

Excellent bb Ian & shelly are remarkable hosts they cannot do enough for you, the food is excellent plenty of it. Rooms spotlessly clean I would highly recommend and will stay there again.

Wonderful couple, nothing is too much for them too make your holiday perfect.

We have stayed in Llandudno on many occasions but have to stay the Del-mar is the best by far, the owners Ian and Shelley are so friendly and really make you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, and the place is spotless the food was prefect, and plenty of parking spaces we really enjoyed are stay here, we will definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hosts have been exceptionally Friendly always their to help. If you need info on the local area or anything else. 5 star breakfast absolutly delicious with a great cup of coffee. The room is top notch for cleanlines. Morevlikeva hotel than a B&B. Nice and qiet and in a perfect position, only 10-15 mins from train station and the Great Orme Tram only 10-15 mins away.

The staff were excellent in the del Mar and couldn't do enough for us and the location was good. My only gripe is the rooms were small and the decor dated.

One of the best friendly places to stay, a great place that's near to town center, the only problem is parking your car and a lot of stairs to climb, the staff are the most friendliest people I've ever met, that really go out of their way to make you feel at home, small little things, they do to really make your stay a Great.
