Lovely hotel, well positioned on the promenade, 5 minutes walk to town centre, and a little further to the pier. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Private car park is a bonus although it can be a it of a squeeze. Once the day crowds go home though, there is plenty of parking along the front. The rooms are are big and the beds fairly comfy and despite the heat we've had this week, pleasantly cool. The sea views from the front of the hotel are brilliant, you can see from one end of the bay to the other. Also highly recommend using their restaurant for evening meals, currently £13.99 for a 3 course meal (starter, main and all you can eat desserts plus as much salad and/or soup as you can eat). The food is well cooked, tasty and there's plenty of it. Breakfast is buffet style. Will definitely use this place again, especially as we've since found out the welcome dogs.

This place has got most of what the guy's on the street want and it's got it right. Nice location, easy access. Very helpful reception team, CLEAN rooms with better than average goodies. The dining rooms are way above the "norm" for this area. Food (buffett) was so well presented hot and of good equality. Housekeeping was spot on. Public area's are good with a selection of dailly newspapers, bar prices are fair. As a 4 in a bed winner, with this team and general attitude. Brig Y Don deserves to succeed We shall return. Very clean, modern, good facilities. Good prices at bar and location was fab! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We would stay here again!

A nice enough hotel. It's a 'four saints' hotel as you realise with you walk in and see a religious painting before checking in. I did get a bit of a odd look as a gay couple checking in, but it wasn't too much of a issue. The room was above average and the hotel furnishings about average. The lift is horrid and feels like a deathtrap but I'm sure it's fine. The breakfast is alright, some of it nice, some of it I wouldn't touch (like a watery scrambled eggs! ). The bar is a typical small hotel bar, hardly staffed so don't expect quick service. Overall not bad, but nothing special.

This is the fourth time I have visited this hotel and as usual, the service has been fantastic. The room I was given was spacious, clean and beautiful decor with a lovely sea view. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is family friendly and the cost was reasonably. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and I am looking forward to booking more holiday in this hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Loved my stay there. The buffet style dinner and breakfast was great and the room downstairs to eat was amazing. Rooms fresh and airy. Staff v v friendly. Dogs are allowed. Only downside is parking and the shower cubical was v small but on the whole a great place to stay!

Had a wonderful time. The hotel staff are brilliant. Me and my wife and my dog indie will be going back soon. Very good.

Good hotel near the beach with sea views. Very accommodating with friendly staff. Rooms were a little tired but it was clear that (non-invasive) renovation work was underway (Nov 2017) which will no doubt improve matters. Breakfast used basic ingredients but wasn't bad.

I haven’t stayed yet but plan to as I am in Llandudno several times a year. I just saw the Four in a Bed episode where I felt they were deserved winners. Well done to the two Egyptian guys running this place. The hotels looks good, clean and good value for money. I look forward to my first visit.

Lovely clean and welcoming hotel. Breakfast very good as a help yourself there were lots of choice. Would recommend.

Christmas 2017 at hotel was great. Room was sea view overlooking beach. Food was excellent. Really enjoyed, staff welcoming and keen to oblige. Hopefully will return in 2018.

Friendly staff, great location! The room was spotless. The staff were all really friendly. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Great location right on seafront. Car park was closed but plenty of free onstreet parking available.

It should first be noted that this hotel is great value for money. The rooms are clean and provide everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Chuck in a half decent breakfast and pleasant staff and you have a great hotel considering the investment.

Wonderful little hotel on the Promenade. Not flashy, just a place to stay and enjoy the amazing sea view from every room. Excellent breakfast included.

Not the best place I've stayed but not the worst either, the nets in the window are filthy, dust around the skirting boards an inch thick and also on the wall lights, the paint work in the bathroom needs a good wipe down and the light switches were grubby, I actually wiped them with a face wipe before I'd use it. Beds comfy.

Had a lovely stay with my daughter in law over night. There was a lovely buffet breakfast available in the morning. Bar service was very slow but on the plus side met a lovely couple while we were waiting. Room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Would definitely play again.

Had a great time at this hotel. Basic but clean and food although not 5 star was good. Staff all pleasant and served us well. Location is great. Will visit again.

No heating in room. Radiator choked. One would expect basic necessities to be available but no. Radiator was not fixed during whole stay.

Room was awful no mirror in bathroom to shave for my husband. Breakfast was cold. Beds uncomfortable, all in all a dreadful experience.

We spend New Year at the Brig y don and the family made us most welcome. The food was very good and the room — Room 14 had a bay window with sea view which was excellent. We have been many times to this hotel and yes it is tired but we could not fault the service, food and cleanliness of the room. We would definitely return.
