Really nice place and lovely people. Could not ask for any thing better for your money.

A wonderful, friendly place. Jeanette and Steve are the most lovely people, it's a great atmosphere, welcoming and you feel at home. Excellent service, bedroom was nicely decorated, cosy and comfy. Breakfast was lovely. Can't fault the place at all. Me & my husband had a great time. Situated near the town/village, loads of great places to visit in the surrounding area, also zip world isn't far! Fantastic easter break away, highly recommended, definitely go back A.

Marvelous. From booking to departure all perfect. The single room had space enough for one person. Clean and warm, lovely view and comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfect. The host is lovely and welcoming. I indeed recommend.

Lovely B&B just outside Betws Y Coed. Plenty of on site parking. Free Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed and great shower. 10 minutes to walk into the town. Breakfast in the morning was a good selection, went for the full cooked breakfast but cereals, fruit and yoghurt available. Hosts were lovely too. I would stay there again.

Had the most amazing time here! Beautiful place. Easily the best in the town. Very clean, really comfortable beds, knocked spots off 5 star hotels! The owners are one of the kindest couples we've ever met, and we really enjoyed Jeanettes company! Lovely lady and we can't wait to go back, they really spoilt us. Perfect B&B. So quiet, spotless clean and comfy! Very kind and attentive people who run it. Plus amazing breakfast! Loved our stay here.

Stayed with my partner, my parents and my son with his 2 mates for 2 nights and the owners were lovely and very friendly. The key in the safe is a fantastic idea because it means you can check in at leisure at a time that suits you. Breakfast was great and as it was a gorgeous morning, the owner had opened the doors so we sat eating breakfast taking in the beautiful view. Definitely stay again when in Betws x.

The town is absolutely fantastic with beautiful scenery and even an impressive waterfall. The guest house was very clean and everything looked professional and well prepared. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work. There was a bad reception in the area for my mobile network so the internet connection at the B&B was quite important. But apart from this, I would definitely recommend the place. The breakfast was very nice too.

I'm here as I type and this place is excellent. The building is immaculate inside modern clean and fresh. The owners are equally excellent and helpful and they showed that within minutes of arriving. The attention to detail in the room is amazing. Oh the local area is excellent so all in all perfect. Food not yet tasted.
