After 9 months of being largely stuck in the house due to being clinically vulnerable to serious illness if I contract covid, this looked ideal for a break. A more peaceful isolation with exceptional sanitisation procedures in place and the ability to stay well away from others. Phoned to book a few days over new year (we're in the same tier), but unfortunately scottish government had just updated covid restrictions for that period so they are unable to accept bookings. Simon was first class on the phone, very pleasant man to chat to. So although we haven't stayed, a review alone for top customer service is deserved. I'm so sorry you are forced to temporarily close your business as a result of the pandemic. We will definitely be booking in when things ease up and it's safe.

We spent a wonderful, relaxed Christmas with our three dogs, in one of the two bedroom lodges.
Simon was a welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable host who helped us settle in quickly. Our lodge was spotlessly clean; once warmed up, very cosy; the kitchen very well equipped; TV and dvd player to hand and very important — the bed was exceptionally comfy: all we could ask for!
The dogs loved the setting: our terrier recouping from an op, perked up no end with walks in the wood.
Location was good for shopping and visiting the beautiful Moray coastline.
We ALL loved our stay at Tullochwood and would certainly recommend it to everyone.

Outstanding. The man who owns the
place couldn't have been more hospitable. He was very friendly and helpful. The area was perfect and we'll kept and very clean. We will definitely recommend to others.

We stayed here for a week in June myself my partner and our dog. The lodge was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Simon the owner was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us lots of local information that helped us. The lodges are set in a beautiful quiet location. We have been back a week now and missing the tranquility even Karma our dog has got the holiday blues and misses her Scottish home.

We have just spent an amazing weekend at the Lodges. We hired three of them, all very clean, spacious, very well equipped, and well maintained. The welcome we received was second to none and we strictly adhered to the rule we were given "you must enjoy yourselves here". We certainly did!. The setting was idyllically peaceful for us and a great base for countless attractions in the area, would be more than happy to return if the opportunity arises and can't thank our hosts enough.

Had a great few days at Tullochwood. Very comfortable cabin, well equipped with all we needed. Spot on advice about local places to eat and places to visit for us.
Great wee gem of a place, hope to be back.

Simon and Michelle provide a very warm welcome in excellent accommodation. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is spotless and all needs have been thought about and catered for where possible. I highly recommend you listen carefully while Simon tells you about the local area. He talks fast but the information is priceless. Take his advice — visit the places they suggest, you will not regret it! A stunning area, beautiful country and warm and gorgeous lodge. What more could you ask for. Worth the 12 hour drive for us! :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Tullochwood for Easter. The lodge was clean and had everything we needed! The beds were particularly comfy with great quality duvets and linen! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the birds come down and feed from the feeder in the mornings and the badminton court provided welcome PM entertainment after our morning adventures. Simon & Michelle were so warm and welcoming! They gave us some wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area — in particular The Kimberly Inn pub in Findhorn! The best fish and chips of our life! Would love to return again in the future…

If you are looking for somewhere to totally unwind there is nowhere better, the lodges are immaculate, warm and very homely, the best equipped self catering we have ever experienced.
The welcome we received was very friendly and informative of the local amenities.
The grounds are very well kept and are a joy to walk around, the forest walks are a lovely way to spend a couple of hours, relaxation is the order of the day here, at night we relaxed watching TV (freeview) playing board games, reading books and watching DVD's that are available free from the information lodge, we will definitely be coming back to Tullochwood lodges and will highly recommend it to others.

A beautiful peaceful lodge in amongst the trees with a lake view. Warm comfortable and cosy. I highly recommend a visit. So much to see and do in the area.

The lodges are a really lovely place to stay. The family that run them are very helpful and friendly. The lodges are well appointed, clean and there's plenty of parking. The the bedroom lodges have a great view of the water.

Me and my husband had a lovely weekend there. The location is great we had a long walk in the forest. There is a beautiful and very peacefully. The owners are very friendly and helpful. He explained us everything just on the beginning about site, where we can go to see something interesting, where we can go to eat good food. It was great break we definitely would like to go there again with all family. Thank you so much.

Wow what a great place. These fantastic lodges are set in beautiful surroundings. What a fantastic welcome and great introduction to the area we knew a lot of places nearby but we're blown away by the number of things we were told about. Lodges were also very clean and tidy and equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Fabulous location! Great place to get away from it all, but still be in striking distance of some lovely coastal villages/towns, waterfalls, distilleries, walks, shopping etc. Wonderful hosts Simon & Michelle with great local knowledge. Clean, comfy, spacious accommodation in beautiful woodland. Great value! Highly recommend.

This is an amazing retreat from the world. Unspoilt and traditional but has everything you need for a relaxing time away from it all.
