Lovely staff, Excellent food.

Great service, great food. Friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere. took my 8-year-old daughter for a meal and the waverley staff catered to our every need. would strongly recommend the waverley hotel.

3 courses of really nice food with great service all for £12.95 cant beat it.

Lovely staff and delicious food.

Waited half an hour for drinks and desserts to be ordered. Ended up leaving it. Waitress was horrendous rude and we were told she "wasnt dealing with us today" as she walked away. No apology! go there twice a month or more and certainly wont be back.

Room was acceptable. Restaurant was not. Second time in and nothing change. Microwave food and some staff with a chip in they're shoulder. I guess you get what you pay for. Shame.

Bad Internet connection and no efforts or actions taken by hotel to fix. We have 3 separate rooms booked for 10 nights and are here for business meetings. Daily we inform to the reception that internet connection is not to the mark. It disconnects 5 times in every 10 minutes. The same story the whole day. But no action from the hotel. Food is good including breakfast and meals. Nice bar. Friendly staff. Nice location. Good rooms. Good daily room services. Only pain area Internet.

Fantastic! Our medical transfer team only spent 9 hours with you, but the welcome was warm; the rooms were clean and well presented & the breakfast was filling.

Lovely atmosphere here staff are really polite always smiling and willing to help you with anything. The scampi I had was served with chips, sweet garden peas and a side salad it was superb I would order that again.

Was there on Friday night for a surprise birthday meal for my uncles birthday, couldn’t fault the staff or the food! Excellent service!

Booked a meal for a party of 25 over the weekend. Was not impressed with the service. Waitress was rude both to our party and her own staff. There was a slight mix up with one of our meals and we ended up paying for a extra meal by mistake. When I phoned to complain the next day they said would get back to me. Another day before they did then got told they couldn’t do anything as more then 24 hours. Staff on phone were again rude. Their customer service was disgusting.
I will definitely be avoiding eating there again.

Despite the cheap mail deals the food here is great. Good quality. Reasonable portions and tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice meal yesterday. Was with my daughter and partner. Quick service. Waitress lovely. Meal was fine for a quick lunch and piping hot. I had beefsteak pie which was fine girls had chicken fillets. Frozen ones but you get what u pay for. Delicious pub grub. Will def b back.

Good food, good service and prices.

This hotel offer single, double and family rooms, needs modernised. It is tucked down side street therefore no good views from the bedroom windows. The food is served very quickly and is piping hot. They do a great deal on two main courses for £10 or two for £12.50. Also two sweets for £5. The staff could do with a smile and chat makeover. Hardly talk to you and almost never smile.

Great value for money had main course and pudding 7.50 per head and that's with two soft drinks toffee cheese cake was to die for yum, I awarded 5 stars as the staff were very polite and I would definitely go again.

We went for a meal tonight and the chicken fajitas were far to spicy no one at the table who ordered them could eat them. There was no one at the time when we're were trying to eat our meal come round and ask how everything was. There was only a few bits eaten of the plates as our mouths were on fire you understand they should be slight spicy but no they were on fire! Also when mentioned to a member of staff the response was classic the couldn't have cared less!
