Had a lovely meal today and could not fault the staff. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant effort for the kids Halloween lunch, it was fab and great value for money! Staff were all lovely and enthusiastic, made it a great wee outing! Can’t wait for the Breakfast with Santa!

I am never disappointed when I come to HS! The food was delicious tonight! Prompt and very friendly service by lovely staff who make you feel welcome every time! I highly recommend.

Seated and told it was table service sat for 10/15 mins whilst waiters/ barmaids sat yapping without even coming over to order our drinks so we left! Crap service.

Fish and chips are great. Staff are welcoming and very attentive. Good prices too!

The food was just 'not nice'. The pastry on the Steak and ale pie was sooooooo dry! chips were tastless and not Crispy in the slightest, peas were an off green colour and looked tinned. Was served with a small jug of gravy granules gravy and had the cheek to charge over £10! hubbies gammon has a huge edge of gelatinous fat and you could have played Frisbee with the egg. Very disappointed because the staff are really nice and the place is nice too but won't be back in a hurry 😕

Really slow service, waiting 45 minutes for a main course and then it comes cold, no bottled water, no sparkling water, lots of things off the menu, waited half an hour after our main for table to be cleared then another half hour before sweets arrived. Won’t be back.

On this my ist visit. Not very impressed as got no beer on tap, no guiness only lager, yuk,, bottle beers only and very expensive, on other hand staff very helpful and apologetic, not impressed for a pub on this scale.

The staff were friendly, that's my only positive. the service was at slow, we had to chase the staff down to order and to pay. The wait for the food was a joke, and when it arrived it was nothing but disappointing. I would not recommend this place at all.

A great big thank you to the Staff at Harbour Springs for making such a fantastic Breakfast with Santa experience yesterday. You all worked so hard to make it a magical experience for the kids and they loved it. Great breakfast too and amazing value for money. Thank you all sooo much. Merry Christmas to you.

Without a shadow of doubt the worst carvery I have ever seen. Would feel bad feeding it to my dog.

Booked a one night stay, room was really clean, staff very friendly and food at Restaurant was very good, can recommend the Beer battered Cod. No soggy batter here. Wife had chicken on a bun which she enjoyed. Situated on the South side of Peterhead as you come into the town, great location.

First time trying Marstons Harbour Spring in Peterhead, from first expectations I thought it would be a bit like Dyce Farm or Toby Carvery but it felt really modern & clean inside with a well varied menu, the staff were really friendly too. Our waitress was second to none joking about how well she liked her steak and going to extra mile to make us feel at home. You can either order on the app or have table service but who doesnt want the old fashioned friendly face taking your order. Both myself & my girlfriend had the steak and a fizzy drink, what a perfect way to have an evening meal! Our food was served roasting hot & just how we like our steaks cooked, they went down a treat and are really worth the money, it would of been rude not to have desert so the apple pie was what we fancied, once again served hot and delicious. Really surprised how good our meal was, and made the drive up from Aberdeen well worth it, Will definitely be back!

I don’t think I’ve ever been anywhere where the girls who work there have been so attentive. Amazing job such a pleasure to be served by you. 💕

We booked a table for yesterday for the carvery. It was very quiet when we arrived and the covid precautions were fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and polite… especially our waitress, I didnt catch her name but she had amazing coloured hair and the guy serving the carvery who was from Wolverhampton — even my 12 year old son commented on how nice he was, 'he's exactly the sort of person you want working for you' he said! The food all looked lovely and fresh, and the meat was delicious, the only thing that was disappointing was there was no crispy crackling on the pork! the beef was beautiful and my favourite vegetable dish was the butternut squash. We will definitely be back again next time we are in peterhead!

Nice food, nice staff and lovely drinks and the cakeaway looks delicious.

The staff are incredibly caring and really know how to meet their guests’ needs whilst being sensitive to their guests’ situation.

Just back from harbour springs celebrating my birthday. To say it was a disappoint is a understatement. We were offered refund for the pigs in blanket, worth a whole £1.25! The pigs In blanket had obviously been microwaved beyond recognition and inedible. The rest of carvery was tasteless too. In all honesty, two out of the three meals were poor. I will think long and hard before going back there. The staff were very polite, best part of the meal.

Went for a meal on 05/09/18 @ 6:15pm. Four adults and two children. Waited an hour and a quarter for our food. Carvery was not hot, beef and ale pie was more gravy than beef, other main courses not great. We were not given a table suitable, there were tables not cleared, it seemed they would not or could not be bothered. Although staff were asked to feed children first they had to wait over the hour. They appeared to be very short staffed and even got the order wrong. Staff had to be reminded of the offer on the Chicken Masala. Will not return and not willing to recommend.

Clean adequate rooms good pub grub at restaurant with friendly staff, only downside to my stay was I had a twin room and the bed was very narrow.

Rooms in hotel new and clean and tidy Staff fantastic and helpful great food and great atmospheres.

1st time here today with my partner. After a 40 minute wait, I was annoyed to find a hair in my food, I told the waitress who was very helpful and offered me a meal replacement. Also Lynn came over to talk to us and gave us a refund of my meal and offered us free desserts and teas/coffees which was very kind of her. However as we had already complained, we didn't like to say that the food wasn't that great, the best part was the free dessert. Some of the staff lacked enthusiasm too. We will not be recommending the Harbour Spring to our friends and family but a thank you to Lynn anyway.

We were in last night for a meal to celebrate my 40th birthday. The staff were fantastic, couIdnt do enough for us. I ordered the Yorkshire pud wrap, wow it was AMAZING and the chocolate flake cheesecake was to die for! Can highly recommend. Thank you for making our evening a great one will certainly be back really soon.
