A home from home, had a fantastic stay here when in Aberdeen, I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Aberdeen for a holiday.

Nice accommodation and helpful staff. The facilities included are amazing: fast Wi-Fi, free parking and a complete kitchen in the apartment. Besides that, it is very well located. I recommend!

Perfect location. Huge apartment with noise-proof glazing in the bedrooms.

Service was excellent, rates were fantastic, the room was great, and there's laundry and complimentary espresso to top it off… Edit: The laundry doesn't work, and they had no notice about it. The washer takes hours, and the dryer I used doesn't have airflow — so it boiled my clothes and nearly ruined a screen-printed tee that I love. It took two days to dry those clothes while traveling around the UK, and carrying that duffel bag with wet clothes in it changed my posture. They applauded my costume at Notre Dame and I was just walking in. Anywho, Holburn is solid overall but don't bank on laundry working. If you stay here, make sure you try Hass's fish'n'chips and macaroni pies down the street. They're to die for.

Lovely apartment, not impressed with the breakfast could be better, Windows difficult to open and close and lot of noise.

Lovely place to stay for a family. Pay for b&b get a living room too with a functioning kitchen. Polite helpful staff. Good buffet style breakfast included. Excellent value for money.

Excellent apartment and very nice staff. You get a complimentary drink upon arrival if you wish in a quirky self service bar. Apartments clean and well presented with FREE parking at the rear. See pics. Only issue was that I was on the 3rd floor and stairs were a hard climb with no lift access. Also kitchen was very hot due to boiler. Those issues aside I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning!

Great place — my only complaint would be the tiny space for the toilet was very difficult to navigate. Reception was lovely, breakfast was delicious.

Magnificent. Care first, the staff is very nice and are willing to help you with anything you need. The rooms are fantastic. Pretty cheap price.

Not such a great place. I had the shower door shatter on me while showering, and I had slashes from my neck down to my feet, with blood pouring out of my body. I called to the front desk and they sent up someone with the tool kit, not really what you would need to help stop the bleeding I was experiencing. They had no first aid supplies, they gave me a roll of toilet paper and I used tape from the front desk to help stop the bleeding. They did keep telling me that they were certified in first-aid and not to worry. I asked them to call an ambulance, but one never showed up, and I ended up bleeding in a taxi on my way to the hospital. I ended up getting charged a fee by the taxi company for the cleaning of their vehicle, where I had bled all over their seats and flooring. The service at the Hospital was amazing, they took me right in and I had over 25 areas with lacerations, which required stitches or surgical tape to close my wounds. Upon return to the hotel that evening, I checked with the front desk and updated them on my condition. No call or query from the management about my conditions or the status of my injuries. Upon checkout in the morning. I was charged full price for the room, since they commented that my company paid for my room, so there was no reason to refund my money. I was also told that I may be charged for the cleaning of the room after my blood was all over the walls, floor in the bath room and the carpet in the room area.
