Clean room when I arrived on Monday. Housekeeping was patchy. They either came really early or really late. On the last day, they didn't come at all. Had to request toilet paper twice in 5 days. I don't know how the cleaner didn't notice the empty roll holder. Corporate function on Friday evening had a super loud live music performer. I was 4 floors up, had the TV volume up loud and windows closed. Saw red after 2 hours. Music ran for another hour and a half. All I got was a half apology. Will not be staying there again. Will stay at Ibis or Travelodge instead.

February 2016 — Stayed here for a week, job travel. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was smiling and very helpful. The bar also had a menu that was good enough so I had no need to go out to eat every evening. There was also a parking under the hotel, and that simplified my day a lot. Normally the parking is my biggest issue when living in a city center with a rental car. I can recommend this hotel.

Hotel 4/5 Breakfast 3/5 Lunch 2/5 Rooms where clean, the bed was good in size, the shower had good water pressure. The bar was a little bit overprized and the food we got served (not the a la Card food) was not that good or diverse. We had a good stay but would not book any food in this hotel but go to the many restaurants that are nearby.

I love this place. Never had any issues (touch wood). Staff are always friendly, room is always clean with modern decor and all the information required if you’d like Room Service etc. Food and drinks are quite expensive but it’s my treat to myself anyway, as I don’t stay in hotels often. So I don’t actually mind :) it’s lovely and central and the parking under the hotel is a blessing, and a good price. An earlier check-in and later check-out would be awesome but I appreciate the rooms have to be organised for other people :)

Should have rated this hotel as high as 5 stars… Good, neat, tidy and comfy place with lovely breakfast and staff except for an extremely ignorant night night manager. Was lodged there for 2 nights (09 and 10/05/18) along with my 2 other co-directors. Got 2 lovely double rooms and was enjoying our stay. We came back to the hotel late on our last night with our 2 American friends to face a hotel manager (who also happens to be an ethnic minority) who pulled us aside, racially profiled us and started asking ridiculous questions even after we showed him our key cards. After some time, the manager knocked on the door to my room where I was alone with one of our guests and complained of noise from the low music I was playing on my mobile phone. I apologised and switched it off. My guest was disgusted and made a few comments after I had shut the door. The manager — probably by my door eavesdropping — knocked on the door again and asked me to leave the hotel along with my guest because she "just said something" about him. The manager even called the police to have my guest removed simply because he felt she was too opinionated (possibly not as politically correct as is the British way) and because he is "the manager". I think the hotel is perfect… but they have vicarious responsibilities for employing a person that if you are unlucky enough to encounter, he could ruin whatever good experience you've got.

Price are high but property is stinky and with limited facilities.

Zimmer in Ordnung. Ich war mit einer Reisegruppe da es gab abends nur Essen in Buffet. Das Essen war nicht sehr gut. Wenig Fleisch. Man konnte auch nicht soviel nehmen wie man wollte. Personal teilte das Essen zu. Frühstück gab es schottisch Gebietstübisch.

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms accordingly good and also clean. We booked a half-board trip. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. The table water tasted extremely after chlorine. On the 3rd day gabs to eat leftovers, since the Leftovers were processed from the day before… so for a so-called 4 star hotel really no food. No further recommended. The annoyed staff is also not a figurehead.

Rooms modern, clean, on the small side. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast choice but food had sat for a while. Good location and value for money.

Great rooms big bed, nice and clean. Only downside is my mate brought his guitar, it's only just gone 8 in the morning and my heads done in wi' it already but im too polite to tell him to shut the f@ up.

Would not recommend a function in this hotel as the staff were rude and aggresive, food took an hour between courses and not value for money! They just threw down our food without even checking it was ours. Not going to waste my money again, very disappointed!

Nice open reception area, which doesn't make you feel like being in a box, the feeling you get with some hotels. Went for a book launch and the served us some lovely fresh bakes.

Break fast buffet at £10, no lunch or dinner buffet. Only ala carte menu. Room rents vary from £139-169 with or without breakfast. Can book a table for special occasions and get some special decoration done if arranged prior. Many meeting rooms for use. And good ambience.

Friendly on arrival, but on entering our room it was absolutely freezing. Poor selection teas on tray. Beds were two singles together so always kept hitting space in middle. Uncomfortable! Poor lighting in room. Very poor selection drinks at bar especially when we were attending a function! Breakfast, well where do I start… waited ages for milk, no side plates, other customers were wondering about aimlessly looking for stuff, I served myself up bacon, tomato, beans, sausage and scrambled eggs… all looked nice until I had a mouthful of egg in my mouth to find a long strand of hair through it : (. I was then put off eating my breakfast! Not happy! No parking so had to park in 24hr one next to hotel costing £12 Won’t be back for sure!

Great location which is close to Union St which is the main street in Aberdeen. Rooms are decent and place is very quite for a good night sleep. Wifi is also quite good.

Unbelievable. On check in, receptionist hands me a pen covered in BLOOD. Once I tell her she offers to get me a tissue to clean it off, genuinely couldn't believe this happened. I had a superior room, but this was nothing special, dread to think what the other rooms were like. The shower flipped from hot to cold at random and was not clean. It was actually a nightmare stay and were I not so tired I would have walked straight out after the check in. Minimal apologies were offered despite covering my hands in someone elses blood. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

Comfortable rooms, not the friendliest staff but we got a great deal so it was fine.

I attended the Video Games Day 2 event at the Park Inn. The function room was a little bare but was clean and well-equipped. The reception area is decorated nicely although it may be too dark for some. There is an attractive bar area, too although as I was there purely for an even I did not use them too much.

No parking facilities tho great location, room was freezing, bed was not comfy and had 2 small lumpy pillows per person on a huge super king bed. The bar staff, tho friendly enough, wont serve u alcohol if u have been drinking alcohol previously, felt like we were begging for a bottle of wine, the compromise was we had to drink a bottle of water too, never in all my years have I experienced this, I know when iv had enough as im the biggest light weight! We will definitely use a different hotel on our next trip to Aberdeen.

Only stayed one night so cant give an in depth review but room was a good size, the bed was comfy and all was quiet. Had breakfast in the moring which was a buffet style bit evrything was fresh and tasty.

This is a reasonable hotel with good service. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is good.

Friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. Lovely big cups for hot drinks in room unfortunately only one sachet each of tea and coffee. Breakfast room was full on first morning but food was good enough. Usual buffet. Not exceptional. Hotel is near a good selection of bars and restaurants.

Good hotel. In a good location just off one of the main streets. Next to lots of clubs, restaurants and shops. Parking is an issue. You have to pay. The hotel is joined onto a multistorey car park that you have to pay to park. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Overall a good location for checking out Aberdeen.

Very nice hotel, it was spacious, clean and had friendly staff. Location was excellent. Only real downside is you have to additionally pay for parking at a public car park but its a large garage with elevator access into the hotel.

Two night stay with my partner and I was very impressed with the place.
We paid 100 pounds for two nights and we weren't disappointed, really clean with a modern style from top to bottom. The night manager Valentino was especially helpful to us and.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants genuine quality for a great price.

I visit for regular meetings but not to stay overnight. Very impressed that reception staff said it would be ok to park for a few hours in the loading bay as one of my passengers was disabled and there were no other parks close by. Less impressed when we went through to have a meal. Sitting at the bar table for over half hour and no staff visible. We had to go round to reception and ask for bar staff to be available. When one did appear he was extremely helpful as one of us has numerous food allergies and he went the extra mile to provide information about the contents of different dishes. Food took a long time to arrive but was ok without bring anything exceptional and was rather pricy for what it was.

Lovely hotel and very welcoming in the city centre. Rooms are nice and spacious and nice toilet/bathroom. Breakfast area is a big area and well stocked with a variety of items for every palate. My only gripe is hot food at breakfast could be warmer if I'm being fussy but it's well worth staying here if your on a break or on business. Only other fault is breakfast is served later at weekends about 7:30 or 8:00 … not much good if your coming off a nightshift after working a 12hr shift and having to hang about for an extra 2 hrs.

Good location for Central Aberdeen. Check in could be faster, asked far too many questions. Hot Breakfast could be better selection. No hash browns, ok not great. Room service missed items from order. Overall good stay and comfy beds which is what counts.

Stayed just the one night at the Park Inn. Nice hotel well situated just off Union st and around a 10 minute walk from the train station. Friendly staff, nice bar area. Although breakfast was included I can't comment as it finished at 9am which is ok if you are working but for a traveller cut off should be 10 am. Apart from that it was a good stay. Would I go back, definitely.

As a last minute deal because our other hotel fell through the staff members managed to get us a room. 5* hotel 5* staff. ESPECIALLY George! Thank you for making our night out a little bit more special! Totally reccommend!

Standard new build Park Inn. Rooms are clean and functional. Hotel is well located of Union Street.

Nice place and breakfast, only downside is Wi-Fi Internet connection: security certificates to login are outdated and it disconnects you every 200 MB.

Location great staff friendly, menu is not to my liking, very limited.

Booked in for 11 nights, took a superior suite for me and the wife plus a double room for my son. Was not impressed at all, checking in was a lengthy process, nowhere to store your clothes apart from few hangers and a pole, not one drawer, a/c system was not working, no bathrobes, no iron or ironing board, no mini bar and no bottled water, TV remote control was not working, TV would switch itself on so had to switch it off from the wall, was told I had free breakfast with the suite but had to pay if I wanted the breakfast delivered to my room, noise outside the hotel wakes you up in the early morning. Moved to the Bauhaus just down the road which is way better and the same price.

We have just came home from our visit. Which I won. Nice clean tidy hotel, But not for us too Clinical. The staff were very nice, Not much of a menu selection. But breakfast was lovely.

I stayed 11-14 April 2015 for an exhibition and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Although listed as 3-star hotel, the facilities and treatment by staff were more 4-star by London standards. The room was spacious, modern — the bed very comfortable — and the bathroom/shower great. The breakfasts were well-prepared. The location was perfect — I shall definitely be staying there again when next I'm in Aberdeen, whether for business or pleasure.

I lived at this hotel for a month. The rooms were small and I didn't have much space to put my luggage/clothes, but I am used to American hotels. The staff was really nice, took care of me and recognized me after a few days. The breakfast was a good traditional breakfast. I really enjoyed my time here.

I always evaluate hotel at rate "How well I sleep there" In this hotel I had very nice dreams and slept strong. The Grill restaurant cooked delicious meat. All other aspects also good.

Nice and clean great service, like all of Aberdeen over priced.
