Some rooms good, some rooms not so good. Breakfast is excellent but doesn't serve until 7:30ish.

Very cheap place found at the last in Aberdeen, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have the essentials and a small sink with mirror. Carpet on the ground. Breakfast plentiful and good! Only flaw the locked windows that made the air a little spoiled, especially being a bnb.

Lovely place lovely staff and more than comfy! Very reasonable.

If your working in Aberdeen this is a good place to stay, breakfast ok, excellent Wi-Fi.

Very cheap and for a reason! I stayed one night but won’t ever be going back. My room was cold when I arrived so I turned up the heater to full but despite getting quite hot it never warmed the room up sufficiently and I was cold all night. The shower was faulty and the luke warm water quickly turned into freezing cold. When I reported the fault to a member of staff, I was asked if I’d tried the lowest speed of water to allow the power to catch up and heat up the stream. Of course I’d tried all settings but there was definitely a fault! Then the man asked me if I used one of the shared showers instead! The breakfast was passable, but the sausage and bacon had very little in common with meat and the whole meal tasted very cheap and artificial! Then there was the awful coffee! Despite all that the location was very good and the price really cheap. The parking was an extra £5per night but it was way cheaper than any of the paid slots or street parking in the area as it was almost the very centre. The whole experience felt more like a hostel than a “lodge” and I would much rather go for something more decent.

I have stayed there 6 times previous and currently am writing this review whilst visiting again. The Lost House is THE BEST! Staff are very friendly and will do all they can to make your visit a happy one. Only place I will stay whilst visiting Aberdeen.

We had such a great time here. The hosts made us feel very welcome. The place was clean and tidy and breakfast was great.

Decent no frills no nonsense guest house in Aberdeen that gave me a really good deal for a one night weekend stay. Basic facilities but nothing to complain about. All good.

Nice tidy rooms, got everything you need tea coffee and TV etc. Breakfast was excellent with a friendly service. Very good value for what we paid. Will definitely be booking there again when back up Aberdeen way!

Ok for a bed for the night/short stay, but not homely. Handy for city centre. Shower and sink but shared toilet. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Good location. Good sized room. Average bed. You get what you pay for cheap and cheerful.

Pre-basic rooms. Squeaky floor and noisy. Could hear the TV from room next door till 4:30 am. Shared toilet.

A basic but very nice B&B nevertheless. Breakfast is Ok. I you like English Breakfast. The staff is awesome. Very friendly. The rooms are a bit small and you have to share the toilets, but thats Ok.

Just stayed the night. Reasonable price, helpful staff. Nice brealfast.

Great value for money. Very close to city centre so only a few minutes walk to shops. Room was basic but so was my budget and I think It was good value for what I paid. £32 for single room in a city centre was great. Breakfast was also very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Aberdeen!

The hotel was dirty and lack of service was shocking. Shared facilities were really disgusting. Very poor.

Managed to get a room for £29 at the weekend, amazing value for such a convenient location. Will be back!

This is night No 5, of a very "tired" house! Initially no bed making, no top up for tea, milk and very cheap coffee. I was told I needed to ask for such things? My room was beside the front door, auto closes, and kept me awake on first 2 nights until 24.00h. The decor is worn, the room appears as though it has not been cleaned for a while. One morning I was blocked in the car park by a member of staff car for half an hour. The Wi-Fi was good when it worked. There was a young woman who had been off for the beginning of the week, she sorted things out on night 4 and 5. I certainly do not recommend this overpriced accommodation.

Basic accommodation, but a good price. Room is just larger than the bed, WC is in corridor. Clean. Old, low-quality lock on room door. Breakfast fine, but does not start until 8:30 at weekends, which is not handy if you need to leave before then.

Don't expect anything more then a guest house. Parking isn't available, you'll have to use the meters outside. The rooms are small, but clean and functional. Good service. Cooked breakfast every morning, free of charge. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs as it's possible to hear most things nearby.
