We stay here for 2 nights and its has been amazing. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back again.

It's a quieter area and good transportation into the city or 25 minutes walk.

Earlier than planned check in and very efficient.

Great beds, ideal location a short walk to the city center parking @ £6 a night a bit steep however lots of street parking nearby if you want to take the risk. Currently no bedding or linen changes however a great price.

Mega nice here quiet location at the moment, fast to the subway and fast at sight.

Just stayed here for the week and place was brilliant. Food was brilliant the beer was great and staff wer really nice and pleasent and helpfull. Will use again. Thanks.

Generally ok. Perfect location for the University. Breakfast food was good. But rooms facing the streets are relatively noisy, windows offer so little soundproofing that I was thinking they were completely open first. There is plenty of traffic late at night and early in the morning. TV in the room is really more like a PC monitor, and a small one.

Really enjoyed our stay here. A very well situated hotel. Very easy to reach from Glasgow airport. Breakfast was excellent as was the Thyme restaurant's evening menu.

This was a really good experience for a budget chain hotel. Staff friendly, food quite good and actually caters well for dietary requirements as I was with someone who is dairy and gluten free and their breakfast is nice. The beds are quite comfy and the room has air con and was a decent size compared to others I have stayed in recently. Well done!

A convenient location. Caring staff. It's a long process of confirming arrival after 11 p. M. Except for the blood group asked about everything.

Nicely situated near George Square. Rooms well up to usual standard and staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was good, with the food being replenished as soon as needed (not always the case in some Premier Inns I've stayed at recently). Evening meals OK but a bit underwhelming, but plenty of other options for eating nearby.

Excellent. Although if you want a great night sleep avoid rooms 137+ as they are above kitchen extraction fans and very noisy. We had to change rooms. Best to get high floor at rear. Superb staff especially Liam and Magdelana. Amazing breakfast.

Fantastic central location. Rooms are very big, has air conditioning and staff very helpful and pleasant. Free Wi-Fi is intermittent, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

To sleep and a little more, the cleaning could be improved.

Perfectly reliable. TV was a bit antique (4:3! ) but functional, and the side tables are a bit too small so you have to dislocate your shoulder to actually use them, but tiny gripes. Beds are as comfy as Lenny Henry says!

Just spent three weeks in the Premier Inn on George Street in Glasgow. Great food and lovely accommodation but the most important aspect of my stay was the staff. I found each and every member of staff to be friendly welcoming and efficient. Well done and thank you.

Good service rooms really clean staff very friendly I visit often. Good location for shops ect.

Adequate city centre hotel. My mother stayed there for 4 days recently, her only issue was with the air conditioning unit which had a mind of its own. The room was clean and tidy and hotel staff helpful and polite.

Great place close and centre to all the shops and restaurants. Also very good for shopping. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as basic breakfast can be. 5minutes walk to the bus station.

I’ve stayed in the Premiere Inn on George Street twice now, both times the rooms have been impeccable and maintained really well by staff. All of the shared public areas are maintained well too. There are additional pillows and a bolster in twin rooms. Temperature is adjustable which was brilliant when a bit cold. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided, although maybe not enough for my liking when we had two of us staying in our room. Beds are comfy! Within the hotel is the Thyme restaurant/ bar where breakfast lunch and dinner could be purchased. Breakfast was a choice if continental or full English, I tried both but felt that due to the popularity of the full English the supply for demand was sometimes slow. Tasted good though! I had dinner twice in the restaurant on the first night there appeared to be lots of items off the menu, due to this we kind if adapted what was available for a tapas style meal which was delicious. The second night there was more availability and everyone I dined with enjoyed their meals. Bar staff are always accommodating even chasing up if my drink was ok when the soft drink pumps needed changing after they had served me, bar staff were nice and chatty too. There are smoking facilities outside at the front along the side of the steps, ashtrays fixed to the walls. Top tip the NCP car park is directly opposite if you’re parking there ask the receptionist and she will give you a ticket for 50% off parking!

Lovely hotel, central for everything. Good breakfast, warm comfy rooms especially the bed. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Room was very cold, couldn't charge meals to the room, path from car park to hotel was down a treacherous hill, lifts were tiny with battered interiors. Bath/shower was hot with good pressure, restaurant food was ok, receptions staff were friendly and helpful.

We stay at Premier Inns regularly and staff are always really welcoming, friendly and efficient. Same here, except one receptionist who completely ignored us both when we arrived and left. Her colleague was brilliant though.

This is a great hotel I been coming here with my grandson every year. The hotel is very clean bed are great can get a goodnight sleep and staff are so welcoming.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel. I booked it for friends attending a social event. The booking process was easy and the price was good. My friends said that the rooms were large, clean and had big baths. They parked right across the road with no difficulties.

Fab location for our Christmas night out. A short stagger from the venue. Still missed it on way back though. Breakfast was very good for a hot buffet.

Great location, especially for Christmas as there is a market near by. Service and rooms are spot on. Selection for breakfast is good but the quality of cooked food is lacking.

Staff and friendly and food was good. Unfortunately the rooms are a little dated compared to other premier inns. They are however still comfy and warm. Position of the hotel is also a big bonus as you are within 5 minutes walking distance to everything in the center of Glasgow.

I've stayed here on many occasions. Every time the staff have been extremely welcoming and room spotless and comfortable. Despite being near to the M8 motorway there is very little noise. The restaurant is run by premiere inn staff and not a chain. As per all premier inn book well in advance for a bargain.

Decent place. Not too expensive but clean, with enough space in the room. The hotel is conveniently located if you have to go to Strathclyde University and is close to George square and to a shopping area. The espresso served at breakfast is very good if you like it Italian style!

Comfortable and clean room, and helpful staff. Nice to be able to eat on the premises, as well. I found the traffic noise on the street side loud, but then I live in a rural area.! Rooms overlooking the graveyard side are quieter… Am speaking from experience as have stayed here before! Should have remembered to ask for such…

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Room was as expected, comfy bed as always with premier Inn, not too much noise with traffic or other hotel guests and a very large selection at breakfast.

Conveniently situated 5 mins from George Square. Nice bar, good food, friendly staff. Book at the right time and you can get a really good price.

Water pouring in through bathroom ceiling. Staff dealt with issue efficiently but owned this happens periodically so needs addressed. Provided a complimentary breakfast for trouble. Air con & bathroom fan very noisy.

I stayed here whilst installing plant at Tennants. Comfortable hotel with good facilities. Ask for rooms Grave Yard side as they are quieter and a better view. If you like a good meal go to Mercant City.

The staff were really nice and let me check into the room early. The room was quiet, but the extractor fan was incredibly noisy. The curtain was only half way down so let in a lot of light. There was only one usable plug and it was on the opposite side of the room to the bed which was annoying. Both the location and price were excellent.

Honestly amaZing for the money. It's obviously not a five star hotel but considering the fact that it's right in the centre of town and it's relatively clean. Nice staff. Friendly. But had to give 4 stars since we found a random nail by the bed. Wasn't real but still should have been hoovered or cleaned well before we checked in.

Excellent hotel, modern and well kept, spacious rooms!

Had the bad luck to stay here for three nights due to work Hotel its self was fine. Nice clean rooms etc and the staff were excellent I spend a lot of my life living out of premier inns And as is the norm they are usually let down by the restaurant or more accurately the people running them but the one here is a joke even by there standard for three nights they have had half the menu not available. Can't fought the staff who gave me a refund on the meal deal for the three nights For such a big chain you would think they could do better.

Good location in Glasgow, quiet area surrounding. Hotel clean, helpful staff and rooms more than we expected and value for money. The town was a ten minute walk away with a Sainsburys Local nearby also just across the river.

Smashing hotel, clean rooms, good shower. Only slight let down was breakfast where they seemed to find it difficult to keep up with the demand before the peak time of 8am.

Staff were absolutely brilliant with our 2 young children. So much so they don't want to leave! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice. Would highly recommend this hotel and without doubt we will be back!

Great hotel located on the south of Glasgow city. Staff were very welcoming and the room was outstandingly clean with the beds being very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying and looking for a good hotel.

Rooms are very modern and clean with comfy beds, best I've seen in this class of hotel. Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff friendly, chatty and welcoming. Stayed in family room for 3 nights in summer 2015 with our 2 children who loved it too. All you can eat breakfasts superb with loads of choice. Location is ideal if you're driving from the south as parking is free and city a few minutes walk otherwise there are more central hotels if travelling by train. Fire alarms went off one night (false alarm) but hey what can you do?

Worked here a few years ago when it was Tulip Inn. Awful place to work. Too much favouritism and the favourites taking the piss with work load. So glad I told them to shove their job.

We were going to the football semi final at Hampden and found the hotel to be very comfortable and within reasonable walking distance from Hampden and the City Centre. Plenty buses and the tube not far away if you did not want to walk far.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Lorraine, who was very friendly and welcoming. She showed genuine interest in our plans surrounding our stay at the "Inn" and offered local knowledge including directions to the venue we were attending that evening. The hotel itself was bright, clean and fresh looking (it was generally a lovely place to stay) and was probably the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The beds were really comfy with an selection of pillows for various types of need. The room was spacious and comfy. The TV was brilliant as was the Wi-Fi. Would have been delighted to stay longer.

Wasn't originally a premier inn but like most premier inns doesn't fail to deliver. You know what you get.

Good hotel, can't complain at all apart from Wi-Fi. £5.00/hour is nowadays bit excessive. Nice staff and lovely food here so far.
