I would not recommend this place ever it is not a very nice area to stay a lot of crime and very unsafe to walk around in as we did not have a car. We were lucky we got out of there no problem. Sad thing is the B &B was lovely, everyone was so friendly I recommend if you would like to stay at Crosshill House rent a car you will enjoy your stay much more it is priced very good very clean and the grounds are lovely to sit and relax at.
Very comfy, good value and handy for the train station.

They don't seem to have a clue about the option booking. Com give you to pay on arrival rather than at the time of booking. They cancelled my reservation on the day just hours before arrival because they'd charged my personal card which was just under the balance. I opted to pay on arrival with work card. I called before arrival to resolve the issue and pay but were very dissmisive and refused to accept that booking. Com actually give customers the option not to be charged immediately. I had to find last minute accommodation elsewhere. Abysmal customer service.
